The unit includes a full kitchen, a queen sleeper sofa, and two bathrooms. 3 TV's are located in the unit; one in each of the bedrooms and one in the living room. One can take scenic walks and/or bike rides along the beautiful Indian River. 10-minute drive to the Historic Cocoa Village (more details below) It is also approximately 30-minute drive to the world-famous/popular Cocoa Beach or 1 hr. to Orlando.
