You’ll enjoy a beautiful outside living area complete with fire pit, sitting area and front porch chairs to sip your coffee overlooking the farm. Plenty of grass & open area for your pet, small kids or just to take an evening stroll around the farm.

Cozy guest cottage backed by woods! 550 sq ft private house with loft bedroom, kitchen and bath (PLEASE NOTE NO FREEZER -only fridge) 30 min from Raleigh, Cary, Apex, and 10 min to Fuquay-Varina with 10 minute access to the 40. High speed wi-fi, smart tv, and complimentary coffee.Street parking-May not be a good fit for people with mobility issues. The front door is 110 steps from the street including a stone pathway down the lawn. Very dark at night-use phone light on path.

Our space is in a friendly, small town in a quiet neighborhood not very far from the State's capitol, Universities, Hospitals, Fort Bragg Army base, and State Parks. Roku TV and wireless internet. Great stopover for travelers. Please note that Door Dash delivers but it is considered extended delivery area. Instacart also delivers. There is a well-appointed full kitchen for cooking your own meals. Please note that I do not rent to locals.
