The space has standard 8ft ceilings, plenty of natural light with 6 full size windows and a patio space in our lovely garden. Amenities include Roku TV, kitchenette appliances but not a full kitchen. The Queen bed and the full size sofa bed can sleep a family of 4. Easy walk to public transit, restaurants, shops and parks.

The space has a memory foam king-sized bed, comfortable lounging chair, and eat/work area. Please note that there is a steep step down to access the space. We are walking distance to the Fruitvale Bart station, excellent local eats, and grocery stores.

This 100-year old water tower in our backyard supplied water to beach cottages on our street. It's been renovated into a tiny home, mostly using reused or upcycled materials. We're happy to share it with guests looking for a quiet & unique place to stay in the Bay Area. It has its own entrance, private courtyard and is located one block from the beach, pinball museum, transit, farmers market, coffee shops & restaurants. You’ll love it because it's quaint and conveniently located.
