This studio flat is located directly overlooking Gordon's bay. There are no cars or streets, just the coastal walking path. The coastal path, Gordon's bay and Clovelly are a mere handful of steps away. The studio is located on the bottom floor of an apartment block. It has its own separate private entrance. The flat is located to receive afternoon sun, and the sunsets are stunning. The waves are audible at night. The coastal path it overlooks is peacefully quiet at night - no traffic noise!

If you are checking in after 8pm its no problems but just advise me because it is your responsibility for the unit as check in time starts at 1pm. If you don’t advise me keys will be taken out and it will be your responsibility From the 19th of May to the 8th of June minimum stay is 10 days. Everyone who stays comments on how calm and zen the studio feels. The open-plan space features a well-equipped kitchen at one end and a comfortable living and sleeping area at the other. There’s a separate bathroom with a shower and laundry facilities for your convenience. Off the kitchen, a door opens to a small private patio — perfect for morning coffee or quiet relaxation. You’ll enjoy full privacy throughout the studio. The space is very private and quiet with afternoon sun.

Bronte studio apartment close to beach

A self-contained, spacious and light-filled studio in beautiful Bronte. This apartment is only a short walk to Bronte beach and just around the block from a small supermarket as well as numerous cafes and restaurants. Coogee and famous Bondi beach are also close-by yet the studio is set in a peaceful location amongst trees. There is a private entrance from the back lane but we live in the house across the garden so are generally available to help with your questions.
