The apartment sits across from the 97th St boardwalk concessions, offering a delicious variety of food, live music, and dancing. I live in the apartment as well and will be here during your stay but work long hours so you won't even notice I am there.

Every detail is cared for with love. This cool rooftop bedroom listing is located on the top floor of my home.
