My place is 2 blocks to the Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Gardens. The hospitals: Children's 1.1; Veterans 0.6; Good Samaritan1.0; UC Health & Home Hospital 0.7 and Christ 1.9 miles. The stadiums nearby are: Nippert 1.7, Reds 4.4 and Paul Brown 5.4 miles. Music Hall is 3.1, Cincinnati Art Museum and Playhouse in the Park are 3.3, the Newport Aquarium is 5.3 miles. Downtown is only 10 mins by car or you can take the BUS - the bus stop is conveniently 50' from my door.

University of Cincinnati, local hospitals, Ludlow Avenue, the Cincinnati Zoo, dining, entertainment, and other fun attractions all walkable.
