The beach is a 5 minute walk away & the tram stop to the centre of Blackpool/ Fleetwood is a 3minute walk away. There is a big Aldi in the centre of Cleveleys and convenience store located on ‘Beach Road’ (a 2min walk from the house). The house is pet friendly & has a secure garden for dogs which is a lovely suntrap.

You can park your car and use the trams to get around easily as we are just located across from the prom.

Beautiful Churchtown village only a 5 minute drive or 15 minutes walk away, with pubs, restaurants, & independent shops etc. Southport town centre and famous Lord Street a 15 minute drive. Close to many of Southport’s prestigious golf courses and yearly flower show. Great local cycling and walking.

Multi-bedroom, clean, welcoming house, just 80 steps from the unspoiled, award winning Rossall Beach. There is parking available at the rear for 2 vehicles, and a spacious open plan kitchen and dinning room. Lounge with TV and plenty of games and DVDs to get away from it all! First floor accommodation, quiet residential area

It's 3 miles to Blackpool town centre with a great bus service and shops a two minute walk away. I live downstairs and guests occupy the first floor, set up as an apartment with their own access. There are 2 bedrooms that sleep 3 guests. (one single room with single bed; one double room with a double bed) There is a lounge with TV, dining table and chairs and a small kitchenette. The flat is dog friendly with a large gated front garden.
