The cottage has a front porch with 2 chairs, a 2 person hammock, grill, and a fire pit (wood is provided) with three lawn chairs. There’s a queen bed and also a CordaRoy beanbag (*bed #2) that opens up to a soft bed that sleeps 1 adult or two children.

Memorial Stadium, downtown and campus are all within walking distance. Public access to Lake Hartwell is conveniently located less than one mile away at Twelve Mile Park. Additionally, The Clemson Experimental Forest with access to miles of hiking , biking and horseback riding trails is under 10 minutes away.
