Wow what an absolutely beautiful place! Attractively decorated, spotless, high end everything, and we appreciated the tv streaming setup in family room and BRs. No guesswork required like a lot of places. Just so enjoyable and relaxing…we will be back if we’re in the area!

Debbie and Ken were so friendly and provided unexpected Scones, and a bottle of Champagne for our Anniversary. Their home was clean and inviting. We fished and enjoyed the Dock and fire pit. We caught several small rainbow trout and my husband caught a nice Brown trout, all released, and waiting just for you. The location is close to town, and we especially enjoyed the Little Red River. It wont matter if you're fishing, or just relaxing, you won't find a nicer place to get away from it all. we plan on returning.

Me & my son came for a fishing tournament on Greers Ferry Lake. The place was great for the time we spent there, was boater friendly. The only thing is the house has a bit of cigarette smell, if you are not a smoker you will notice it but it was not a deal breaker for us. Thanks again Chris

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure I had everything I needed for a smooth and enjoyable visit. My husband and I had a great experience staying at Tim’s studio apt located in a nice quiet neighborhood .It was easy to find with a nice view of the mountains. The apt was very nicely updated and clean with beautiful furniture and great extra thick towels and linens. Tim and LeAnn were very accommodating and quick to answer any questions we might have. I would recommend staying anytime you’re in Heber Springs!!

What a beautiful place! It was so beautiful. We did a really quick photo shoot on the day we checked out and the condo is perfectly lit and staged for lifestyle photos. And when we were able to relax, the condo felt like home. Thank you for providing such an amazing place to stay!

The location and ambience were perfect for a week of writing. Everything provided by John and Melanie made it easy for me to stay focused for 6 days.

This was our second stay at the Owl’s Nest. We had a pleasant, restful couple of days. It was cold outside so we stayed in and streamed movies the entire stay. We loved the huge TV! The Owl’s Nest is a ground floor unit and we had upstairs neighbors for part of our stay. The unit seems to be well insulated because we barely ever heard a few steps here and there. The mattress was firm, but supportive. The heater worked great and the ceiling fan operated silently! We had a great time!

Great location next to Harding University campus. Comfortable and cozy space with plenty of room to gather and enjoy good company and conversation. Also plenty of room to have some alone time when needed. Would highly recommend.
