Outstanding Clear Lake City, Houston home only 5 minutes to NASA JSC and 20 minutes to Downtown Houston, or the Kemah Boardwalk! The home features a huge pool and spa with a 4 ton rock waterfall! The pool and spa can be heated. Spa is free to heat but we charge to heat the pool in winter. The back patio is exceptionally large and perfect for enjoying the outdoor space day and night. What can I say about the house itself? This was our own home for 18 years and we made it delightful!

We have a pool (not heated) and hot tub. No parties allowed.

Located halfway between downtown Houston and the Galveston beaches, it's just a few minutes to lots of shopping and restaurants, with Kemah Boardwalk and Nasa Space Center a short drive away. Winding creek through the property, with chickens and two horses grazing in the pasture. Lots of sheep, pigs, and donkeys next door. Property has private swimming pool for your enjoyment.

You will be staying very close to all the attractions that kemah is famous for and only 15 min from Space Center and 45 mins to Galveston with so many great restaurant to eat around. Our location is very peaceful with a great fishing dock just steps away.

Great water views of the Galveston Bay are easily seen! Early morning or late evening fishing off the pier is an enjoyable experience. Prefer swimming then check out the pool all while looking at the ships sailing along the Ship Channel which is a great sight!
