You will love staying at "The OverlOOk" for your family or friends' getaway! Nicely located just off Clear Lake, but with a clear view of the lake, the location makes it easy to get everywhere you'll want to be in the Clear Lake area! We sleep up to 10 people (11 if 3 of them are small kids) in 5 different bedrooms, and we have 3 full bathrooms to meet the needs of a large group! Modern but cozy, big but not too big - this is the perfect place for everyone (with parking for up to 7 vehicles!)

Lambert Lakeside Cottage

Don't miss out on the best view of the lake! You won't tire of the breathtaking sunsets or your own beach. This lakefront property can be enjoyed year round. It features a smart design with two bedrooms on the main and one on the lower level. Plenty of space as there is a living room up and a family room on the lower level that walks out to the lakeside patio. Enjoy the quiet mornings sipping coffee on the screened-in porch while you spend evenings roasting marshmallows by the outdoor fire.

Memento Vivere

Welcome to Memento Vivere, in Fertile, Iowa! Memento Vivere means "Remember you have to Live" and this 124year old house was completely brought back to life by its owners with modern amenities and a cozy atmosphere, all the while preserving its charm. This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage is the perfect place to get away from all the hustle and bustle of life. With a separate workspace, dining room, living room, kitchen, coffee/wine bar - this house has everything you need to relax and unwind.

Beach Barn

Get together with friends and family at the Beach Barn. The living room has an abundance of windows, filling it with natural daylight. The dining area is great for group meals, game time or studying. There is also a small table in the kitchen. There is a first floor bedroom and bath. Upstairs has one smaller bedroom with a queen bed. The larger bedroom has two full beds and two twin beds. The 2nd twin is a trundle and easily pulls out, on wheels. There is also a full bath upstairs.

This spacious lakefront retreat is perfect for hosting families or large groups of friends. Comfortably sleeping 16-20 guests, our 6-bedroom, 4-bathroom home features an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area, with two huge picture windows offering stunning lake views. Large deck with plenty of seating and dining, is another favorite place to take in the lake. Includes private dock, kayaks, paddle boards, lilly pad, life jackets, beach toys, floaties, and bonfire pit.

If the lake life is calling you, our Clear Lake home is the spot! Sometimes life is just better at the lake; Papa's Place by the Lake is the perfect spot to indulge in the lake life, outdoor play, bonfires, boutique shopping, and historic landmarks. Clear Lake is not only known for its beautiful lake but its attractions, the famous Surf Ballroom, and up-town. Your vacation is our full-time job, and we would love to help you follow your calling and enjoy life at the lake.

Relax and unwind in this newly remodeled 6 bedroom (2 on the main level, 4 upstairs)/2 bath home within walking distance to the lake and the secluded Bell Harbor neighborhood. Private beach and play area for the kiddos and walking distance to PM Park. This home is fantastic for that long weekend away or a week long vacation with laundry on both levels for your convenience and a fully equipped kitchen for dinners at home on the patio set overlooking the lake.

The Clausen House-Historic home close to the Lake

Contractors enjoy staying while they are in the area. Families also hold family gatherings here. The Clausen House was built in 1890 and is a majestic place to stay. It is a great place for large family Gatherings It has been updated with 3 renovated bathrooms, kitchen & laundry room. It has ten foot ceilings on the main floor with beautiful original finished woodwork. Close to downtown with only a short walk!

Clear Lake Escape

Welcome to the Clear Lake Escape! One block off the water, this home is the perfect spot to enjoy with friends/family! The home consists of 4 bedrooms (2 King & 2 Queen), + 2 sleeper sofas to COMFORTABLY SLEEP 12. (if you'd like to have over 12 guests, please contact us and we are open to accomodating requests for an additional fee- we do have a crib provided as well). There is room for a boat trailer in the driveway!

Baker's Corner

Baker's Corner is a historic farm 2 miles from downtown Clear Lake and the beach. The acreage sits amidst Iowa farmland but is only minutes from the tourist attractions of Clear Lake and the amenities of Mason City. This quiet, cozy, country home is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. We'll welcome you with a loaf of homemade bread and seasonal jam.

Cottage Daze

Newly remodeled 3bd/2bth, just a few blocks from the lake, 9 minute walk to the beach and downtown. Entire lower half of duplex with private entrance to master bedroom. Outdoor space with wood burning firepit, gas grill, and multiple seating areas. Bedroom 1 & 2 each have a queen bed. Optional bedroom 3 has a queen murphy bed that will be set up upon request.
