Welcome to the Quack + Cluck Lakeside Haven. Situated 900ft off of a quiet street, with 12 private acres, this home sits on a 14 acre inland lake. The lake is not for swimming but it has beautiful sunsets and wildlife. This is one of 3 apartments, in this private home. All have private entrances, and living spaces. Also included is a covered patio, fire pit, outdoor table + a floating dock perfect for afternoon picnics. This apartment sleeps 4. It has one extra large bedroom with a room divider.

Have you ever wanted to try tiny living? This unique place has a style all its own. It has been newly renovated with everything brand new! It is clean, cozy, and tidy. My favorite is the coffee & tea station, complete with a Nespresso machine, pour over, French press, kettle, grinder, coffee, and tea! This tiny apartment is a short walk to downtown Owosso where you can relax at a sports bar, work out, shop, see a movie, grab a fresh baked bagel, or get the best cup of coffee around!

The open floor plan offers a living area, dining area, recently remodeled kitchenette and bathroom, pool table & dart board, and a walk-out patio to enjoy a tranquil setting with a pond and wildlife in view. We are just minutes from many wedding venues, Ascension Hospital, Pine Knob & Mt Holly, music venues, and shopping.

Frankenmuth Country Getaway

Modern home with backyard chickens. 5 minutes from downtown Frankenmuth and minutes from Premium Outlets in Birch Run. Guests have a private entrance and enjoy the use of two bedrooms, bathroom, living room, fully equipped kitchen and back screen porch. Please note: Hosts live in a separate part of the house and have their own entrance with no shared spaces. Super clean, all blankets and duvet covers are laundered after every guest. Coffee and breakfast bread included. No pets, please.

We have a fully stocked kitchen, with coffee makers, coffee, and cream. Come and make yourself at home-we enjoyed it when we lived here! This is a fully furnished open floor plan efficiency located on 40 acres of farmland. There is a generator to assure power in case of a power outage. It is equipped with HD premium Dish,Wi Fi, and a full kitchen with all appliances & housewares. A well provides the water, and is a very good quality. The hot water is on demand. It is located next to a pond and fire pit. It is not suitable for children under twelve years of age and maximum occupancy is two.

It's a very quiet, and relaxed neighborhood. Pet friendly, spacious, lots of privacy, and a double lot to walk your dog. No neighbors on one side,quiet retired lady on other. Quaint church on the corner, beautiful yard. Close to the expressway to get anywhere quickly.
