Historic 1907

This is a historic place that was born out of a fire in 1906 and rebuilt in 1907 as the dry goods store. The open floor plan is 1400 feet of room to relax and there is even more to explore in this water front neighborhood. Boaters and fishermen love this place. There are several bars and restaurants within walking distance even more within a short drive. There are multiple public boat access points within minutes. We also have plenty of parking space for your vehicles, boats and trailers.

Harts Landing II

This beautiful island getaway is only an hour from Detroit, located on the crystal clear South Channel of the St Clair River. Canal in back to dock your boat. Close to Lake St Clair and Muskamoot Bay for fishing, hunting, boating and swimming. 2 Kayaks with life vests available. Also, new propane fire pit and patio. Please note, ferry is $15.00 round trip. Bring food and drink with you as the only store on the island has very limited supplies. House has a limit of 2 cars, no trailers.

Two story, 3 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms on each floor. Winding staircase to access second story, sleeps 6, 150ft. canal frontage that leads to the South Channel of lake St Clair. Seawall can be made available for guests who would like to bring a boat, and a boat launch is within 2 minutes. There is parking for two Vehicles and two boat trailers, or 4 Cars. Arrangements can be made for extra trailer parking required. Perfect location for lake Duck hunting and Ice Fishing as well!
