I won’t lie I was nervous after reading few reviews. However, I am glad I didn’t let that get to me while booking. This place was in beautiful location. The home felt like home. Everything was great about this place including the host who was very good on responding. If I had to choose one downfall would probably be that there is no washer and dryer. No one likes traveling with dirty clothes. However, after reaching out to host she did offer to let me do couple loads. Hopefully that could be something they offer the guest in future. My family visits the river every year around this time. Who knows R.V.’s might just be the home we choose to stay at again. Ps. Neighbors to left was very friendly seem to be a resident year around. Great neighborhood.

The house is spacious with good separation of space. The upper and lower patios were great and being right on the water was super. The views were incredible!

This house was great and very spacious. Tammy responded very quick and family friendly. (The only thing) that we wish would had been better was the main living room tv service which left us not able to watch tv in the living room for everyone to see and spend time watching. Over all great location with Walmart being less than 5 minutes. Definitely a house I would come back too.

This is the perfect place to stay if you’re visiting Grand Canyon west. Leslie was communicative, responsive and helped us with a lot of information for a perfect stay. The space is much larger than what the pictures looked like. The full kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals. The place was clean and comfortable. There was absolutely nothing we lacked. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at Olivia's house on the Colorado River. The house is large, with a large kitchen/dining/great room area and two bedrooms and a full bath downstairs. The upstairs is essentially a very large master bedroom suite with an extra bedroom with a bunk bed. That suite worked well for the couple with 7- and 1.5-year old kids. The kids had a great time with the games and puzzles in the great room, but the real fun for them was the small beach and dock on the river, with adult supervision of course. The adults enjoyed the riverfront beach and dock as well. There's plenty of parking for multiple vehicles if needed. This home would be a perfect spot for a family to rent some jet skis or a small boat to moor at the dock on the river (you can't launch at this location, but can nearby), and then enjoy the river from comfort of the house.

Wonderful clean home close to all the Vegas activities but in a nice quiet neighborhood. Private pool huge plus! Definitely recommend!

House was great for a weekend stay. Right on the water, private dock houses a boat and wave runners. House was clean and well stocked. Ryan was friendly, responsive, and easy to reach. Thanks for hosting us! We’d love to come back!

Kyle’s place is beautiful, we had such a great time! We definitely want to book Kyle’s place again sometime next year, not only was his house beautiful, the location was perfect! Thx Kyle!

It was lovely and peaceful apto to stay, great restaurants and beautiful view.

Great location and very convenient to restaurants and markets if you need to run and buy little things. It feels safer with the location being in a gated community. I highly recommend and will definitely be back here again next time I need a het away.

Right by the pool which was nice since I have Kids and they have constant potty breaks while swimming. Great location to the village. Loved staying here!

I can't say enough nice things about place and Karen is amazing. I stayed a month and Its an amazing place to relax and enjoy the river. This is my second time there and hope to return next year.

Can’t beat this location, private beach, pool close to restaurants and stores. 7 minute Uber ride or drive across the river to Laughlin. Small but cute and so worth it.

Karen’s place is beautiful with AC, private parking and nicely located in a quiet, private, friendly and safe gated community with access to a private beach and to a clean pool. Nicky and Karen were very nice. The community We loved it and we had a great time! Definitely coming back!

The space is clean and accommodating. It was wonderful having a functional kitchen and being so close to the laundry facility is a great perk. Dedicated parking made transportation a breeze. Everyone in the office was wonderful and inviting! I wish I could stay here longer!
