Lexington is a great city, and this was easy walking distance to downtown with my wife and teenage kids. If you love old houses and charming streets full of them, check this place out. The space is up a fairly steep flight of stairs that was fine for us, but I could see someone with mobility issues struggling with them. The place was very cute, albeit odd, given the age of the building and squeezing a unit in on the upper level. It was charming to us as we are a fans of older homes. You will dodge some low sloping ceilings as you move around the unit. The one glitch was that our downstairs neighbors got noisy one night. I messaged John around midnight, assuming he wouldn't see it until the next day. However, he surprised me with a quick return note. He contacted the noisy neighbors, and they quickly quieted down. Top notch service. I would come back for sure to enjoy the street, walk downtown, hit Keeneland, and enjoy all Lexington has to offer.

The accommodation was just a few minute walk from all sorts of nightlife. McCarthy’s bar, the Rooftop, and Greenery were some of our favorites. Really appreciated the heads up that it is very loud until about 3am. Keep that in mind that’s it’s above a very popular bar when booking this. The room was clean and exactly as described. Highly recommend if you and a few friends need somewhere near the heart of downtown.

Had a great time and busy trip so it was great to come back to such a nice place at the end of the day! Wayne is a great host and super responsive and attentive!

Jim’s place is fantastic and in a great location! This is our second stay at Jim’s home as we enjoyed our first stay so much we came back. We highly recommend Jim’s home for your next stay in Lexington!

Nora’s home was lovely, as were the yard and garden. She was a wonderful host and we enjoyed our stay very much!

We booked this last minute (a week before) for a concert and we're so glad we did! Very cute apartment, just like the photos, and super easy to find and get in to. It was quiet and peaceful, stocked with coffee and tea, and a less than ten minute walk to Rupp Arena. It was also stocked with good high quality tp which can never be understated. :)

Location was fantastic, place was clean and had everything we needed. Noise comes with the location as there are many bars, restaurants and public events happening just outside. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a fantastic airbnb. Great location that is close to historic downtown Georgetown and was very quiet and peaceful at night. The home was comfortable and well stocked with linens and restroom supplies. It felt like a home away from home.

Larissa is very responsive. We really didn’t need to contact her for anything except to ask for a slightly later checkout. But she kept in contact with me making sure everything was good on our end. Walkable to UK campus, Kroger (end of the block), restaurants, and bars. Easy drive to MANY places/areas. Place was very clean, beds were so comfortable. The area was quiet. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Seth was an excellent host, and this was the perfect place for our stay. Great house with great amenities. I can’t say enough about this spot—we’ll definitely be back.

Very nice place to stay. Trouble getting in and had to wait for the door code but once host responded everything was very smooth and he accommodated very well afterwards.

This was a great place to stay and a very good location to all the activities at Red River Gorge (only like a 15 min drive)! Of course some of the hiking trailheads are further away any resturaunt, store, etc... you can easily get to within 15 mins from the Airbnb. The place was very clean, and the bed was super comfortable! Sarah was a great host and was very responsive to any questions we had. Her list of recommendations was also super helpful and all the resturaunts that we got to try were amazing! We will definitely be booking here again if we return to the Gorge!

Wonderful place to stay! Tucked away, nice and cozy.A short drive to Red River Gorge. Had a fully stocked kitchen and a very comfortable bed and very cozy living room area. Would definitely want to stay here again!

This is such a wonderful place to stay in Lexington! I am a repeat guest. After traveling hours to get to the city, walking into the home was just so soothing. Natalie is just wonderful as the host. She is very thoughtful, welcoming, and responsive. This home is very well appointed, and Natalie has added so many wonderful features. The location is very convenient and quiet which is great for being a tourist and resting after a full day of activities. I definitely enjoy the view of the tree and greenery in the back. It adds to the serenity of the home. The scrumptious treats from Natalie and Jason were so lovely and generous of them! I will definitely being staying here again. Great place and conveniently located!

This roomy apartment has character and was perfect for my one-week stay: it was close to my parents' house, convenient to downtown for restaurants and other things to do (glad to eat at Zim's Cafe again!), and close enough to Transylvania's campus that it was easy to get there and back for Alumni Weekend activities. The neighbors were quite friendly as well, with one even stopping to let me know that the street was going to be paved the next morning so I could move my car the night before.

Wonderful, clean Airbnb. Comfortable, more than one would expect with added little home essentials. Brook is very thoughtful in preparing a home away from home environment. The bed was firm, the kitchen was fully supplied and the living room was comfy. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you, Brooke!!

Great stay. Location really worked for me. Java Jukebox was a three minute walk for great gourmet coffee and a bagel. Rupp is less than a ten min walk. I walked twenty minutes safely to the Kentucky Theater to see a movie. Drove about ten minutes to Keeneland and Kroger store. Great free parking. Hot shower with good pressure. Love ease of self check in and keypad.

This was the most beautiful and ornate airbnb I've ever experienced! Everything's so charming and full of stories as this place is a true extension of Mr. Lee who is so full of love and life and you can tell he's eager to extend that to his guests. The only possible downside is theres no elevator so for quests who are handicapped and have a hard time with stairs this may not be for you considering there's a few flights to the room BUT Mr. Lee insisted to carry our bags and made sure we were comfortable. The decor is so unique and vibrant yet calm and the town of Paris is very quaint. We enjoyed our $25 gift card to Lee's restaurant and had the place to ourselves to dine. The room also had free organic bananas, muffins and drinks in the fridge. The whirlpool jacuzzi tub was also a plus! 10/10 would stay again.

This was the perfect stay for a few days in Lexington visiting family and exploring the surrounding area. Safe neighborhood and convenient location. Perfectly sized space for my husband, baby, and I!

Brooke’s place was very comfortable and conveniently located near everything we wanted to do in the area. She was very responsive throughout our entire extended stay. We would happily stay here again when we come to Lexington.

Place was great. Very convenient for any event in downtown (Rupp Arena for us). The traffic on Broadway could be a little loud at times and the bathroom doors creaked very loudly when opening/closing; loud enough to disrupt others sleeping. Otherwise, hard to beat.
