Absolutely loved the place! Very relaxing stay and the host was very nice and communicated very well!

We just needed a few days away from reality and Tracey's place didn't disappoint!! It was peaceful. We loved the firepit outside and enjoyed many meals there. We took many walks to the creek and waterfall. The game garage was fun for the kids as well as adults. Was just what my family needed! Thanks Tracey!

Truly a real gem of a find in the Cook Forest, Clear Creek area! Wow!!! Extremely clean, very comfortable and spacious, very nicely decorated. Great yard and beautiful surroundings. Host directions were spot on. Simple, quick and efficient check in. Host was also very responsive. Would be a super great place for family with children due to privacy, distance from traffic, super cool play set, layout of cabin/house. Washer and dryer is great luxury but we didn’t need it. Would easily accommodate 6 people with lots of elbow room. Roomy fridge! Family’s, couples, or really anyone would be so happy with this. Thank you Rebecca! Ps: loved the little “extras”…. Keurig cups, soaps, detergent, etc…. Even found toothpicks👍

We made a last minute reservation on Easter at the cabin and it turned out to be a great find! Lois quickly answered my questions about check-in when I sent her a message. The location was easy to find. The cabin was very clean and modern. It was comfortable for the four of us. There are some restaurants very close by that we have enjoyed over the years. They were not open at the time of our visit, but do open seasonally! I would love to return!

I don’t even know what to start. My husband and I were looking for a little getaway over Valentine’s Day with our 2 dogs, and Kristine and George’s cabin was absolutely perfect. The hosts were very responsive leading up to our stay, and very welcoming once we arrived. The home was immaculate, and there was everything we could possibly need for our stay. This includes the fireplace; it was completely spotless and well cared for so it functioned wonderfully to keep us warm and cozy in the evening. We had a good bit of snow and ice while we were there, and the hosts went the extra mile to plow, check in on us, fix our dish when the tv went out, and just went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Beyond this, our dogs absolutely loved the fenced in yard. There was plenty of room for running and playing, and there were beautiful, snow covered trails to take a scenic walk during the day. I can’t say enough positives about this cabin in the woods, and we can’t wait to visit again.

If I could sum this property up into one word , it would tranquil. We have stayed here in the Spring and now this stay in the Winter. Looking out the large windows at the creek at the bottom of the hill while the snow flakes floated down from the sky was worth the stay alone , but tbh , this cabin and location is so much more than that.

A beautifully appointed cabin along the river that makes for the perfect getaway! Every detail of this newly constructed cottage was impressive…from the A-frame picture window, to the ambient lighting, cozy blankets, stocked kitchen, sumptuous towels, super comfy bedrooms just to name a few. The view of the river is magnificent. Cozy, charming, and super clean. Perfect for a small family. Even better for gathering with friends around the outside fire pit. You will fall in love with this tiny gem of a cottage!

Great little cabin! Had all the bare essentials. Great place to go to disconnect from the world! Mara (and her husband Bob) are great hosts and greeted us upon arrival to make sure everything looked alright before entering the cabin. As we were there during some bad weather, the hosts made sure to salt our driveway and sidewalks as well. The perfect little cabin.

The cabin was the perfect place for our girls weekend. Mara greeted us upon arrival, gave us the run down of the cabin, and was very responsive if we needed anything. The location was great for our hiking and siteseeing excursions.

This is our second time staying at one of Meghan and her husband’s properties and again, it left us absolutely speechless. Immediately when stepping outside onto the picturesque porch, my husband and I were greeted by a bald eagle soaring across the river. That’s when we knew our stay at this house was extra special. This is our sixth time over the last three years coming to Emlenton and we fall more in love with the area each time. This house is exquisite with the waterfront view of the Allegheny River seen throughout the home’s panoramic windows, hearing Mallards when you first wake up, and soaking in the soothing tub in your private master suite after a long hike. These are the bests hosts and we are grateful to have spent our 6th Wedding Anniversary in this stunning home. We can’t wait to come back and bring more family to the hidden gem of Emlenton. Book this home - you won’t regret it, the only problem is you won’t ever want to leave!
