Outside is a small, private courtyard with table and chairs. Although there is not a view from the bedroom, it is only a 30 second walk to the beachfront. Satellite TV and Wifi included. Private entrance with parking inside secure complex. Flexible to clients needs The house is less than 100m from the Camps Bay beachfront, with plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from. It's also close to the CBD and other popular attractions, such as the Table Mountain Aerial Cableway, V&A Waterfront, and Lion's Head. MyCiti bus stops allow easy access to the rest of Cape Town, one of which is located just 100m down the road.

Peaceful and secure self-catering cottage with separate garden flat offering fully equipped family accommodation in a leafy suburb of Newlands adjacent to Keurboom Park. There are views of the mountain from the terrace, secure parking and a private walled garden with swimming pool. The main house sleep 4-5 (double, twin and single bedrooms) and the garden flat sleep 2-4 (double bedroom and sofa-bed in living room). We have many pets on the property, 4 friendly dogs which is, 1 ridgeback, 1 Labrador and 2 medium mixed breeds, 3 cats and 2 bunnies. It is very family friendly, but also perfect for a relaxing getaway. There is parking on the premises. Regarding safety, we have a security guard on our road.
