Stay at the Lake View Lodge and wake up to fantastic views of Lake Windermere and its mountain backdrop every morning. The Lake View Lodge is a self-contained, wooden lodge with access to three acres of grounds and wild meadows attracting a wonderful array of wildlife including owls, red kites, deer, foxes and woodpeckers. View to the Fells is a two bedroom apartment over two floors situated minutes from the centre of Ambleside. Views to Loughrigg Fell and the Fairfield Horseshoe dominate with the rooftops of Ambleside below. The Coniston Fells are also clearly visible (weather permitting). The apartment faces south west and benefits from afternoon and evening sun. A private balcony is accessed from the kitchen; just the place to sit and relax after a day on the fells , so makes the most of the sunsets.

The Barn is located on the original coach road in the hamlet of Crook a Beck, next to the village of Patterdale, in the heart of the Lake District, in one of the most beautiful Lake District valleys. During peak season - April to the end of October, 7 nights minimum stay with a Friday changeover. Short breaks may be available so please drop us a message to ask!

The Wash House is an historic cottage on one floor hidden 100m above the centre of Ambleside. Once a wash house, then a sculptor's studio, the Wash House has now been cleverly converted to provide everything needed for a perfect holiday in quite a small space! There is a private sunny terrace garden covered in clematis and wisteria with views of the fells and the rooftops. Restaurants, pubs, shops and walks are on your doorstep. No need for a car!

The Conga Ambleside

The Conga is a cosy, quirky cottage, part of a small row of houses built in the 1840s. It has a south facing aspect and lovely views. Situated in a very quiet part of Ambleside, it is only a short 10 minute walk down in to the village and there are many scenic walks right from the door. reserved off road parking.
