Clallam County: soggiorni in minicase

Julie said we might not want to leave and I found that to be true! This lakefront property is dreamy! The view the hot tub, the water access and canoes/kayaks, made this place a 10/10. It was a little tricky finding the duplex once we got off the highway, but a little exploring and we were there. This is a family favorite now!

Our group has been coming to The Shack for almost a decade. It’s been fun to see the place evolve as we’ve had a kid and starting bring them to the shack—the swing set was a HUGE hit with our 2yo. Heidi and Darrel are excellent hosts—very communicative and definitely go above and beyond for camp hosts. Can’t recommend this more for your next car camping adventure. Oh, and if you’re skilled, maybe you’ll catch a trout!

Unbelievable cabin for the price. We wanted something simple to stay in for a couple of nights, and it was just the right place! There was a fence and trees around it so it felt very private despite the owner’s living nearby. We made the walk to the river behind the cabin, super cool that it was so close! The Sequim area is beautiful and driving up to the cabin while see snow-covered mountains up ahead, amazing. If you don’t need anything too fancy, this is the place to go. Had everything we needed, would be more than happy staying again!

Such a special place. They are such warm and welcoming hosts, and staying on the farm was so cool. A baby goat was born while we were there and my daughters got to hold him! We had a wonderful time. My daughters are still talking about it!

I love when you can tell that the air bnb host truly loves to host. Christine was soo friendly and recommended some great hikes while I explored Olympic national park. It truly was a treat to come back after a day of exploring & pop in a VHS tape after a hot shower. It made me nostalgic in the best way! As a solo female traveler I felt safe on their property. Highly recommend of you're looking for a location to book while exploring Olympic 💙

Enjoyed our stay on the Olympic peninsula. The weather didn’t cooperate, but we made the best of it and did some great hikes. We look forward to a return visit. We did day trips from the cabin to Hurricane Ridge and to the coast. No TV and WiFi was fine with us. We appreciated some of the “extras” that were at the cabin…..especially for bad weather…..games, cooking spray, and vegetable oil. We made chocolate chip cookings one afternoon when we got tired of hiking in the rain :). We would definitely return.

Great stay at the cottage! came to work an event at the fair grounds which were within walking distance which was a huge plus! It slept 3 adult and two children comfortably. Definitely would stay again!

My friend and I were looking for a cozy cabin to read for a weekend. The cabin was unbelievably cozy, and we'll definitely want to be going back! The back yard was against a river, plus the mist and fog of the PNW made for a great weekend getaway (where we were HOPING for dreary reading weather). Can't wait. To go back!

Loved our stay here! The decor really set the mood for a PNW adventure. The cabin had everything we needed, and the host was wonderful.

The place was absolutely spotless. Everything was organized with what you would need for your stay. The location is quiet and private but close to golf, Dungeness Recreation area, Olympic Game Farm and town. great view of the Olympic mountains right from the couch! Darcy was very responsive and we really enjoyed the stay. Would definitely return.

The cottage location is great with a wonderful view. We enjoyed our stay and looking forward to coming back.

Absolutely fantastic little holiday home. Beautiful private location and a really well equipped property for our family (two adults and two kids under 10). We used it as a base to explore the national park and the hosts guide book had some great recommendations for places to visit and eat. Host communication was excellent and we'd love to stay again if we ever come back to ONP.

Highly recommend Bethany’s place if visiting the area. It was spotless, had everything we needed, and our pup felt right at home with the fenced in yard and basket of toys! Loved the large bathroom and private feel. Bethany was super easy to get a hold of and was pleasant every step of the way. We would absolutely stay here again!

We had an amazing time at Shonda and Brian’s home! They were beyond welcoming, their home was so clean, and they even provided a lit campfire and smores supplies. My daughter loved the forest walk with hidden gnomes. This was an over the top experience!

Rachel was a good host, and our stay was great! Definitely recommend this place if you are wanting to explore the area of Forks, WA.

We had a great stay at cabin #2 at Mill Creek Inn. It is such a cute little cabin with everything you need in a great location. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful, clean cabin with the most amazingly comfortable bed! The cabin decor, design and thoughtful touches made us feel right at home. We appreciated all the local restaurant recommendations and suggestions of local things to do as well! We can’t wait to come back!

I made this reservation for an Americorps crew I had working with Washington DNR on the peninsula. They had a great experience, loved the quiet of the location, and it was conveniently located to their project site. They even recommended it to the WA DNR staff with whom they were working.

This place was so cute, and full of beautiful little touches that made our stay very nice! In the light of day, it does seem very close to the neighbors, but no more so then being at a campground. At night, it's beautifully lit up with string lights and feels very much like you're alone in the woods. We would definitely recommend to anyone that would like a cozy, glamping experience!

This cabin was a great retreat. The access to Lake Dawn was as described, and all the amenities were great. We didn't get a chance to use the kitchen much, but it was nicely stocked and the eggs and milk were a fun surprise to see. Overall, I'd love to stay here again, but I think it gets a little cramped with 4 people.

We loved our stay. It really is so beautiful and Cynthia and John thought of and provided everything we could possibly need. The cabin was cosy (we loved the board games) and views were just stunning. Would strongly recommend for those wanting to explore Olympic. Safe, warm and unforgettably peaceful it’s a perfect stay for solo travellers and couples.

I have been to a lot of AirBnBs, but this one is at the top of my list. It’s situated on a beautiful private property right on the lake. Felt like we had the whole lake to ourselves. The house exceeded our expectations with so many wonderful extras that made the stay so pleasant. The bed and linens are fantastic and the place in general will not leave you wanting. Amazing location to all the peninsula touring. I’d definitely come back here in a heartbeat. Our host was super accommodating. Book this place with confidence — you won’t regret staying here!
