Watermark Lake House is a custom-built and professionally decorated lakefront home, situated on the eastern end of Norris Lake. The home sleeps 12 people among four bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom. Additional amenities include spacious living areas on two levels, covered decks, fire pit, 2 kayaks, and a private dock on the main channel. Private lake access is definitely the main draw to Watermark Lake House. Bring your own boat, rent from one of the local marinas, use of our kayaks.

Welcome to Bear Lodge where luxury and history meet at the best location in the Cumberland Gap area. Stay in a historic log framed cabin built in the early 1900s that boasts charm and character with a new modern update in 2026. Sitting at the base of the Cumberland Gap National Forest this home has 5 acres adjoining the park with a private hiking road up the mountain. Its ideal central location is less than 1 mile to Harrogate, LMU, Middlesboro and the town of Cumberland Gap.

Lakefront - Treehouse at Norris Lake

Stay at the Norris Lake treehouse. Short walk or golf cart ride on property to private boat ramp and dock. Water is currently dropped past the boat dock (read “Guest Access” for seasonal info). Hot Tub on main house deck open year-round for guests. 2 guests only. Hosts live in main house next to treehouse, but you likely won’t see them. Seasonal use of kayak, paddle board, paddle boat, & swim floats on site. Seasonal boat and jet ski rentals available at nearby marinas.

Serenity Cove 3 Bedroom Home on Secluded Cove

3-bedroom 2-bath lake front home built in 2018 with all new furnishings installed Fall of 2020. Enjoy your private 2.4 acres on a secluded cove (seasonal water*) with a 10 ft by 20 ft dock/swim platform. With the cove being so quiet it is great for swimming, using the peddle boat or the two kayaks provided with the home. The yard includes a fire pit and a picnic table located in a small grove to keep cool in the summer heat. Located near Lakeview Marina in Sharps Chapel.

This place is literally floating on the water! No smoking allowed. No pets allowed.
