With the train station nearby, Alesso's house is at the perfect location. The center of Florence is at walkable distance and we didn't have to take any transport during our stay. The house was clean and had all necessary furnishings for short stay. Thanks Alessio for hosting us.

Ambiente ideale per vivere Firenze al meglio

la casa si trova in un punto strategico e tranquillo, poco distante dalla stazione. Ambiente pulito ed ordinato da ogni punto di vista. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la colazione e l'acqua fresca trovata in frigo. Angelo è un ottimo host, ha sempre risposto, gentilmente, ad ogni nostra richiesta.

Place is clean and cute! Close proximity to duomo, great shopping, and eateries! Host is very responsive and great! Prime location with easy checkin and elevators plus AC which I realized as an American traveling Europe is not common so it was a great feature. Also unit has a washer which is great. A cute kitchen with a big fridge, Would recommend staying here.

Gianca was very responsive! The location was great and right in the middle of everything. The apartment was cozy and clean, just like the pictures advertised. We would definitely stay again.

Nous avons passé 5 nuits chez Paolo (appartement pour 4 personnes). Un havre de paix : une immense piscine parfaitement entretenue, une vaste pelouse et de multiples endroits pour se reposer, lire (à l'ombre ou au soleil), etc. Une table de ping - pong à l'écart. Une literie très confortable. Un équipement très complet. Un endroit majestueux, à l'écart du voisinage et pourtant très près de Monte San Savino (avec ce qu'il faut de magasins, de restaurants, etc) et pas loin de l'autoroute (ce qui permet une grande mobilité dans la région). Bref, un excellent séjour.

Une expérience magique! La maison est très confortable et le décor bucolique. Malgré la Météo défavorable nous y avons été vraiment bien. Silvia et ses parents (sur place, dans l’autre aile de la maison) ont été très attentifs à nos besoins tout en étant très discrets. Merci à eux! Un grand bravo pour la qualité des équipements (surtout la literie!)

Un luogo mgico in mezzo alla natura, profumi di alberi e fiori ovunque, una casetta meravigliosa, super curata e attrezzata di tutti i confort possibili. I proprietari sono delle persone splendide e ci hanno regalato anche dei prodotti di loro fattura. Dire che siamo soddisfatti è poco. Ci ritorneremo senza dubbio per trattenerci qualche giorno in più.

Ho soggiornato per 2 notti con la mia ragazza , appartamento comodo, zona molto riparata e facilità di comunicazione con l Host che si è mostrata sin da subito disponibile. Punto forte la terrazza fuori col tavolo dove poter mangiare all aperto in totale tranquillità.

Wir hatten als neunköpfige Familiengruppe eine wunderbare Zeit in Guidos Haus. Die Lage ist traumhaft: inmitten eines Naturreservats mit Vogelgezwitscher und ganz privat. Es gibt so viele schöne Orte in nächster Nähe zu besuchen und Guido hat uns von Anfang an mit tollen Empfehlungen versorgt. Überhaupt ist Guido ein großartiger Gastgeber: freundlich, zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und absolut zuverlässig. Der Kontakt war für uns alle ein Vergnügen. Vielen Dank für alles!

Ideal place for someone who choose silence and calmness. Dreamed place for someone like us who set big price for nature/being able to reset mind and totally chillout. Area is situated far from the road and there is only a sound and smell of nature. Thats how we imagined Toscany - winery, cyprysses, wild environment and all far from loud city. Swimming pool was extra addiction which helped with high temperatures and also added prestige to the object. Access to activities/sightseeing around is very suitable - you have more than 8 different places to visit which takes almost whole day each. This object beaten up our expectations - it’s so so impressive - we will definitely come back. PS. We were with our 16months old daughter - she was happier than we could imagine. Totally recommend, Szymon and Justyna.

We had a great stay in this comfortable, clean apartment. It is near many landmarks and close to the Central Market so we could shop to cook at home - the kitchen was well stocked with dishes etc. The rooftop patio was an amazing place to sit and eat while looking at the Duomo. Our host offered some restaurant suggestions that we tried and they were very good. I would definitely stay here again.

L'appartamento era perfetto sotto ogni aspetto: pulito, accogliente e conforme alla descrizione. Non abbiamo avuto nessun tipo di problema durante il soggiorno. L'host è stato sempre disponibile e rapido nel rispondere ai messaggi, fornendoci tutte le informazioni necessarie in modo chiaro. Il metodo di check-in era pratico e funzionale, il che ha reso tutto ancora più semplice e comodo. Esperienza eccellente, sicuramente consigliato!

We felt right at home! The apartment is very cozy and organized. The host left detailed instructions and really thought of everything that might come up during our stay. The host was always available to answer any questions we had. The flat is conveniently located and close to attractions and restautants either by walking or public transporation. We would recommend this flat to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in Florence.

Everything was perfect. This is a beautiful apartment in the heart of Florence. It is remodeled with all the latest updates while retaining traditional Italian decor, art and architecture. The windows in this light and bright apartment open to an incredible view, the sounds of church bells and birds singing. Bellissimo. The bed is firm and comfy and there is plenty of storage. Air conditioning works great. Cosimo is a wonderful host who goes above and beyond to make your stay the best. My husband and I highly recommend his apartment.

We had a two night stay at Lorenzo’s apartment which was very easy to find and incredibly central for all the tourist areas. Apartment was very well furnished, clean and had a view of the Duomo too.
