Vintage house in a safe area to walk in the CDMX, I live with my wife Andrea and 2 small children! We have a cat and dog. Independent entrance entering through the living room on a somewhat narrow staircase that reaches the outside patio and connects with a spiral staircase to the room. We have a luggage room on the ground floor, the room has TV, Wi-Fi, kitchenette, outdoor dining room and bathroom. Ideal terrace to relax and read in the hammock. Great location in Condesa full of walking places!

Our property is located in a peaceful neighborhood. Enjoy a large beautiful garden; the suite looks right into it. You'll be only 10 mins by car from Santa Fe (one of the most important business and shopping areas in the city). The suite is warm and cozy. You'll have total independent access and it has all necessary features: Fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom/dressingroom, double bed, working desk and executive chair, Tv screen. We have a parking spot, if interested please ask about it.

Places of interest: Frida Kahlo Museum, Coyoacán, plus a direct walking through subway station direct to downtown. Perfect location for walking in City.

"El Palomar de Leonardo" esta muy bien iluminado, es un espacio con diseño Rústico. Por ser una zona residencial notarás que no hay ruido de ciudad. Aunque no es posible saber nuestra dirección antes de hacer tu reserva, te confirmo que estamos ubicados en la zona residencial bosques del lago.

Acogedor estudio con entrada independiente para 2 personas, cocina, baño, desayunador. SmartTV y Wifi de alta velocidad. A 15 minutos del aeropuerto. En una calle tranquila, acogedora y de fácil acceso en auto o transporte público (a 4 cuadras del metro Balbuena). Gran ubicación, estamos a 10 minutos del Palacio de lo Deportes, Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez, Foro Sol, Terminal de autobuses TAPO. Y a 20 minutos en auto del Centro Histórico.
