A 3-BR PENTHOUSE in Tabuk City Kalinga Philippines

This is a 3-storey residential building. The 1st floor is parking space and an office. The 2nd floor is the owner’s house. The Penthouse is on the 3rd floor. It has 3 bedrooms with individual air conditioners and 3 full bathrooms with water heaters. The living, dining and kitchen are one big room. It has also a huge veranda with a nice view of the ricefields. It is suitable for a big group of up to 12 people. However, it can also be booked per bedroom if only 2-4 guests with different rate.

Close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Bldg is 100m away from the provincial road. All rooms are good for two person. Each room has its own toilet and bath. Silog breakfast will be available in the morning (addl fee) Units are located at the 3rd floor. Good way to have your legs and thighs exercised. :) 1st and 2nd flrs are commercial areas so there’s a bit of things going on during the day. These does not affect much the 3rd floor though.

Ahung-nger Tribe Homestay

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. A place to rest and recharge from the outside world, a beautiful mountains all by yourself. Sunset and sunrise, you can also see the village from below. It’s an hour away from Buscalan Village but still part of Buscalan. You can hike or you can take a bike for 5 minutes. It’s a new village they build because Buscalan is too populated. If you want to visit and stay after seeing Whang-od. Back to roots, back to Earth.
