Lovingly converted industrial building with rich history, in the Yorkshire village of Clayton West, on the edge of the Peak District National Park. The surrounding countryside is very peaceful and quiet. The flat is self-contained, with an entry hall with kitchen, a shower room with toilet and a bed-sitting room. The whole place is wonderfully light and airy with large windows and high ceilings. Free off-road parking, fast WiFi, complimentary coffee & tea. Bedding and towels are provided.

Away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre but within a 5-minute walk to restaurants, pubs and local amenities such as supermarket, swimming pool and leisure facilities. A short walk to scenic rural woodland and the picturesque riverside. Close to popular wedding venues such as Hazlewood Castle and The Priory wedding barn. Excellent links to Leeds and York. Private parking is available at the property.

The annex is set within a country house in its own grounds. It is located close to the airport and the market town of Otley, gateway to The Yorkshire Dales, very suitable for keen walkers and cyclists. Guests have their own wheelchair accessible entrance to porch, hall, double bedroom with Wifi TV & DVD, kitchenette and shower room. Please note the kitchenette does not have a sink. 'The Hideaway ' is a modern self-contained SMALL one room studio annex with one double bed and its own private frontage which leads onto a courtyard patio and private parking space . It is situated in an ideal location being a just a few minutes flat walk from all the amenities of the Town Centre, Bus and Train Station and close to the famous Ilkley Moors , Riverside Gardens and 1950's Lido .

Based in Marsden, Sleepers, is our one bedroom self catering guest suite for two adult guests. Within the Colne Valley, overlooking the Huddersfield Narrow Canal, it is a perfect location for a relaxing break, with local pubs, shops and cafes a gentle stroll along the towpath. A perfect base for longer walks, cycling and even a wild swimming reservoir within view of the front door.
