If fishing is your thing, bring your rod and catch whiting from the end of the street. Or if you have a boat, the Newhaven boat ramp is 2 mins away. This is the perfect base to enjoy Phillip Island explore the delights of South Gippsland.

With your own mini beach, gym, large av room and separate kids room all will be entertained or escape and find your peace and quiet.

We have no fenced area to leave your dog, ok inside while you are there. A great place to unwind and watch the ocean.
