The Annex is a completely self contained open plan 2 double bedroomed groundfloor apartment with patio area and off road parking. The entrance has a small 7inch step - once inside bedrooms bathroom kitchen dining and lounge areas are on one level. Access to the patio via patio doors - 3 small steps, each 5inches in height and another smaller step leads to the main garden. Situated within easy access to the M5 motorway and close to local bus routes ideal for exploring pretty Cotswold villages.

It has a bedroom with en-suite shower, a large kitchen and shower room, and open plan living room with double bed, dining and sofa areas. There is parking, a courtyard and garden. We are between Cheltenham, Gloucester and Tewkesbury. Mon-Fri your host grooms dogs in a room connected to the Annex. Dogs or driers might be heard during the day on weekdays and access needed to cleaning cupboard and tumble dryer in annex.
