Beautiful Thatched Cottage Annex with Piano

Beautiful thatched cottage annex with ensuite bedroom and living room/snug with an old piano. There is a shop, pub, park and walks such as The Jurassic Way. There is a daily bus service to Banbury and Daventry and from Banbury there is a train service for Oxford, London and Birmingham. Shakspeare's Stratford Upon Avon, Cropredy Festival and Silverstone are a short drive away. There is a plaque on the village hall to commemorate singer/songwriter Sandy Denny from the band Fairport Convention.

Ivydene Studio

This unique place has a style all its own. A self contained studio with a kingsize bed, kitchen and dining area and separate shower and toilet. Located in Weedon and close to Silverstone, Northampton and the many beautiful surrounding villages. With good transport links the studio has lots of places to explore, The Grand Union canal is metres away from the property. “Studio” is located in the popular Village of Weedon and owned by the Ward family. We look forward to welcoming you for your stay.

Living room with 60" TV, Sky, DVD & log burner. Bathroom with shower. 1st floor: Main bedroom - King size bed & 50"TV, Second bedroom with Double Bed & Wardrobe, Bathroom with Roll top bath.

The Blue Barn

A delightful 17th Century barn, sitting in the heart of the village of Kislingbury. It is in a secluded position, located at the end of a private gravel drive, which provides off road parking. The barn has recently been converted to an exceptionally high standard. The Sun Pub and Cromwell Cottage are within walking distance. Kislingbury is near to the M1 and Silverstone Circuit. It is an ideal base to visit the Cotswolds, Oxford, Cambridge, and only 50 minutes to central London by fast train.

Welcome to our home! The annexe has been converted and designed for your comfort and enjoyment. It is self contained and has private access and off road parking. We are located in a rural village with good pubs and walks on the doorstep. Kislingbury is conveniently located with good road and rail transport links. The annexe is ideal for couples and solo travellers. Please do note as the pictures show the annexe is a converted attic, so the ceiling height decreases at the edges of the rooms.

The Studio

The Studio is a light, bright and airy space, stylishly decorated in calm, neutral colours. Located on a quiet residential road, just around the corner from the local pub (The Maltsters) in the pretty village of Badby, famous for its stunning bluebell woods and beautiful walks. The Studio is ideally located near several wedding venues. Nearby Fawsley Hall is a great place to visit for afternoon tea or to relax in their award winning spa. Silverstone Circuit is less than half an hour away.

Chestnut Eco Lodge Woodland Wilderness Escape

Immerse yourself in nature in our off-grid eco lodge. Nestled in a wooded spinney at the heart of our working farm, our lodge is hand built from sweet chestnut making it one of a kind. With an en-suite compost toilet and heated shower, cosy log burner and gas stove there is no need to venture into the wilds in wintry weather. When it’s sunny, an outdoor kitchen with wood fired oven, and fire pit bbq enhance outdoor living. Tiny shepherds hut, bluebell, is included as a cosy book nook.

Stay with us in our stylish spacious open plan annex, enjoy the countryside views and feeding our animals, including our latest Cria (Alpaca baby). Additional option to walk our boy Alpacas. Two double bed annex with EMMA mattresses, a cosy lounge with stylish sofa & a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy our seating area outside the annex to enjoy the countryside fresh air and a drink. 10 minutes from Silverstone.

Cosy country cottage

Hillcrest is a stone cottage dating back to the 1700s set within rolling countryside in the quiet hamlet of Preston Capes. This peaceful and beautifully renovated cottage offers all the charm of a period cottage, with the convenience and comfort of modern living. The cottage has a private walled garden and outdoor eating area. There are several good pubs/restaurants within easy driving distance or a walk for the more energetic guests (Fawsley Hall or The Plough at Everdon).

In the heart of Northamptonshire, the Annex offers a private space to stay with pretty countryside surroundings. It is also well connected to most areas within the Midlands for business or leisure (Silverstone, Althorp, (Princess Diana's ancestral home) Northampton, Rugby, Daventry & Market Harborough. There are several great walks nearby. Maps provided. For rainy day the TV includes Amazon Prime and Netflix for relaxing inside. Longer term lets considered.
