Just minutes from Tennessee's two oldest towns - Jonesborough & Greeneville & from Troyer's Country Market, the area's largest Amish market, this spacious Apartment suite is located on a two acre pumpkin/wildflower farm. With private parking, patio and entrance, our location is great for the Bristol races & concerts and the many local festivals & attractions. We spoil our guests with a full kitchen and laundry plus Welcome goodies, curated snacks, bath toiletries, cozy robes & a gas BBQ grill!

Our mountain sanctuary

Come relax and play in the great outdoors. Our area is abundant with lakes, rivers, waterfalls and hiking (the Appalachian trail is just a mile away). Our rustic cabin is built from 1875 hand hewn logs and is located on Spivey Creek in Unicoi County Tennessee. The towns of Erwin TN and Burnsville NC are just down the mountain for shopping convenience. For the arts, entertainment and airport convenience Asheville NC and Johnson City TN are less than an hour away. Come stay in our lovely cabin.

Peace and Privacy But Close To Everything

No cleaning fees! A peaceful place to unwind and rest. We have a spacious bedroom suite with a private entrance located off the deck that is open for guests to use for a morning cup of coffee or take in the views. The suite has a space for everything with a table and chairs, queen bed, full bath and sofa. A Roku television and wifi complete a cozy space to relax. We are centrally located, within 15 minutes from historic Jonesborough, and 30 minutes from Johnson City, Greenville & Kingsport.

Chestnut Ridge Retreat

Guest love the peace and the views here at our retreat. Enjoy a morning or evening in the hot tub, sun on the pool deck and swim in warm weather. Relax by the fireplace or fire pit (roast some s’mores). Walk the property to see the chickens, horse, donkey and goats. At our farm we love diversity, support all love, and don’t think that hate makes America great - if you don’t agree we may not be the destination for you. We have added a small chair that converts to a bed- we can squeeze 3 in.

Llama villa with mountain views

Explore the natural beauty & history of the Tennessee Valley while staying in a unique farm villa surrounded by llamas and goats. Most of the living space is handcrafted including sawmill lumber cabinetry, black iron pipe light fixtures, a farmhouse sink, and log/shiplap walls. It features a full kitchen, granite tops, a French rain shower, gas fireplace, and a large porch to view the llamas and mountains. Perfect for honeymoon & anniversary couples, small families, and "llama lovers."

Located just outside Asheville, NC on top of a mountain is a little piece of heaven. Clear views of the valley and the peace and quiet will make you question why you live in the city. You can spend your evenings relaxing by the fire or venture out into the area where there is lots to see and do. Asheville is only a few minutes away and is home to some of the best restaurants you can find. Arts, crafts, shopping etc. are at your fingertips as well as tons of hiking trails.

Escape to the Blue Ridge Mountains and enjoy your own piece of oasis. The Pond House sits on 6 acres along with our home, with a beautiful spring-fed pond, with mountain views. Relax outside in the hot tub for some stargazing, or read a good book on the porch and enjoy a nice hot cup of coffee or glass of wine. Hannah’s Farmhouse

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. We are located 20-30 minutes from Tusculum College and Greeneville and 45-50 minutes from Johnson City. A beautiful country farmhouse with a view of the Smoky Mountains and a hot tub to relax in. Our dear Grandma Hannah lived here before she passed away in February of 2023. We want the place to be a testimony to who she was—loving God and people and always friendly and hospitable!
