Recently renovated light,airy studio with separate Queen bedroom,Single bed in Living area. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet.15 stairs to negotiate to the Apartment as the owner lives downstairs.I include a continental breakfast Semi rural outlook, 5 minutes to airport, 3 minutes to Bishopdale mall (by car). The Pool House @ Woodford Grace

The Pool House @ Woodford Grace is a one bedroom, separate private retreat next to our home and within lovely gardens in Christchurch. We are well located for getting around Christchurch easily. Approximately 15-20 mins walk from the Central City, about 10 mins from the historic Arts Centre and 3 mins walk to beautiful Hagley Park. The Airport Bus Route 8 stops outside our property. There are lovely cafes and restaurants to enjoy in the neighbourhood.
