Newly built in a classic style, The Hut is a little place with timeless charm. Private, sunny and sheltered, in this peaceful location you will fall asleep to the sound of the ocean and wake up to bird song. Access to the Hut is a few minutes up a walking track. Close to the beach and esplanade. Surfing, biking, swimming, walking tracks, cafes all on hand.

Lyttel BOS Studio

Welcome to our beautiful architecturally designed BOS Studio. Interior cork flooring and walls, recycled timber, floor to ceiling windows, along with watercolour drawings, retro & modern furniture, and new appliances, give it a unique vibe. You will have all you need to hunker in for a cosy relaxed couple of days, or use as a base to explore Lyttelton, Christchurch, Diamond Harbour and Banks Peninsula. Sit back and enjoy, surrounded by a tranquil garden and views out over the working port.

Beach House - South Brighton 2 bedroom unit

This is part of my home across from the beach in South New Brighton. I am listing it for up to 60 nights per year to cover my rates and running costs. It is not suitable for children under 6. The unit has everything you should need for a short stay including the use of my laundry. I have kept my pricing low and simple. No cleaning fee and no charge for the second bedroom. I don't expect guests to clean, do laundry or put out rubbish ( but appreciate it if you do!) Max. stay 10 days.

'Little Two' - Cosy Studio close to Airport

Beautiful, sunny, lovingly built, modern self contained studio. Everything you could need for a short stay in Christchurch; located in a quiet cul-de-sac less than 12 minutes from the airport, and 18 minutes to city centre. Fast WiFi, Smart TV with Netflix, private bathroom with high pressure shower, kitchenette with mini fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, jug and toaster. Cereals and milk provided for breakfast. Private access and your own private deck on which to relax outdoors

Peaceful garden cottage

Lovely self-contained cottage, set with plenty of privacy in the back of our garden. Guests can enjoy a verandah and peaceful outdoor space, surrounded by fruit trees and greenery. Located in a quiet neighbourhood beside the Heathcote river, with the Porthills in our backyard, yet only a 10 min drive into the central city and 15 min drive to the beach. There are plenty of walks and parks, cafes and restaurants nearby. We have a friendly, lovely Jack Russel and kids aged 10 and 16.

Garden Studio With Ensuite (Breakfast included)

Welcome to our ensuite studio, surrounded by a peaceful, green & relaxing garden. Perfect for recovering from a long flight. 10 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes to the central city Plenty of off street parking and an excellent bus service to the central city. The bus stop is a 2 minute walk. Please be aware that the kitchen & dining area are in the main house and are shared with the hosts. You are very welcome to use both areas. Airport transfers are $15 each way.

The Pool House @ Woodford Grace

The Pool House @ Woodford Grace is a one bedroom, separate private retreat next to our home and within lovely gardens in Christchurch. We are well located for getting around Christchurch easily. Approximately 15-20 mins walk from the Central City, about 10 mins from the historic Arts Centre and 3 mins walk to beautiful Hagley Park. The Airport Bus Route 8 stops outside our property. There are lovely cafes and restaurants to enjoy in the neighbourhood.

We aim to provide as much information and comfort as you need to have a great experience.

Garden Studio with ocean views

Our Garden Studio on the hill has great views over the Pacific . You will have exclusive use of the hot tub overlooking the garden and ocean. 15 min walk (5 min drive) to beach, village, cafes and bars. We welcome you to our sunny, garden studio with ensuite. No cooking facilities but there is a microwave and toaster. Enjoy the garden and the private separate entrance with off street parking. Lots of walking & bike trails at your doorstep.
