Stylish, Comfortable Clock Tower View Apartment

Simply brilliant describes this high quality apartment. The large double glazed windows provides a sunny, light filled, quiet and very warm living space. There are views of the lane and the nearby city. To complement the modern contemporary furnishings of the inviting living area are quality kitchen appliances. The upstairs bedrooms also have views from their large windows. You may not want to leave the enveloping comfortable beds but if you do the master bedroom has doors opening onto a balcony for morning breakfast or coffee or quiet contemplation. The recently updated shower and toilet are upstairs. This apartment is sunny, warm and is a thoroughly enjoyable and luxurious space. The entire apartment is yours to enjoy! There is a security gate at the entrance to Clocktower Lane which closes at 7.00pm. Guests are provided with a code to the gate for full access. There is also large garage for parking with enough room for storage of ski or snowboarding equipment or bikes if necessary . This is a rarity in the central city. We thoroughly enjoy meeting our guests to welcome them and help make the stay more enjoyable. If you are arriving late however, it is no problem as there is a lock box at the door. We are always contactable for questions or queries and are happy to offer suggestions for restaurants, entertainment or recreation. Please have a look over our guidebook. This apartment really is in the heart of the city. Beautiful Hagley Park, Victoria Park, the Avon river, the City Shopping Precinct, the Art Gallery, Museum, Town Hall, City Library, Theatre Royal and excellent restaurants are all an easy walk away. Public transport is 1 minute walk. However the central city is all within easy and pleasant walking distance. There are taxi available or driving your own vehicle is simple if you wish to go a little further afield. There are great hire bikes over the road and are a wonderful way to experience the city. Driving your car to and from the apartment is simple. Driving around the central city is easy but from this apartment I really would recommend walking. The large garage provides ample storage for ski or snowboard gear or bikes etc If you require accommodation for a larger group, please look at our other Clocktower lane apartment. You may wish to consider combining both apartments for your group. Please note that there are 12 stairs to enter the apartment. This is a new listing but please do look at our reviews for our other properties. Please note- this property is fitted with an August smart lock. You will be invited to download the August app to gain smart access via your phone once your booking is confirmed. If you choose not to use this app or your phone is not operating- then there is personalised keypad access instead or an old fashioned key if you prefer.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located apartment. Everything you need for a cozy night in, or the perfect spot for a night out. Just 10 mins walk to Riverside, the Square, Tūranga and New Regent St, the best place for work or play in Christchurch. The perfect stay for a gig at the Town Hall or a conference at Te Pae. Garden outlook, self-cater, fridge, microwave, benchtop oven, jug, toaster, queen sized bed, couch (becomes sofa bed mostly used by children or small adults. There is an additional charge of $20 for the 3rd person or the use of the sofa bed if the 2 people are not sharing the queen bed. Close to Hagley Park and Merivale Mall, Restaurants, bus route to CBD. There is off street parking. Use of small backyard with table and chairs. Two mountain bikes are available for loan with advance notice.

Have the city on your doorstep with this perfectly sized 1 bed apartment. Nestled less than a minutes walk from the art gallery and one block away from the convention centre, all the attractions, bars and resturants the city centre has to offer are right on your doorstep. Split accross two floors, upstairs is the bedroom and bathroom with a kitchen, lounge on the ground floor and a private North facing courtyard. Off-street covered parking, although it can be snug for large vehicles.

Great location, 5 mins to Riccarton shopping mall, 2 mins drive to Christchurch hospital, walking distance to CBD. Fully furnished, large open kitchen, living room.
