Self contained part of charming thatched cottage in this attractive South Oxfordshire village, between Didcot (2.5 miles) and Wallingford (3.5 miles). The accommodation has its own entrance, sitting room - with inglenook fireplace (only use electric fire provided) - and steep, winding stairs leading to the large bedroom with vaulted ceiling and superking bed. Guests will have sole use of the adjoining bathroom. Period features also include low beams, but rule out a shower. Not for children.

The apartment is only a short walk away from Wallingford town centre yet the village offers its own rural charm. The newly refurbished The Bell pub, offers a great selection of ales, wines and food and is within walking distance. IMPORTANT: ******* Check in, from 2 pm. Please do not arrive any earlier without first consulting us AirBnB will implement a hefty service fee for all hosts from 25 April, hence the price jump. We have not increased our rates in 4 years but will now have to sadly.

A beautiful private space all to yourself, the Oak Barn has great character & enjoys lovely views over fields to the Chilterns beyond. You have your own entrance & key so can come & go as you please. The hamlet of Preston Crowmarsh lies on the river Thames & is a great place to wild swim & watch red kites. A 5 minute walk takes you to the Thames towpath & an 8 minute walk to the bus stop for Oxford and Reading. We leave you to enjoy your privacy but are next door in the main house if needed.

The house was 'created' in 2020 having originally been part of the village pub - it’s now part of a redeveloped property which also includes the owners home and a fabulous cafe called Artichoke Cafe. The property is right in the heart of the picturesque riverside village of Pangbourne with its fabulous specialist shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Yet only ten minutes walk gets you to the countryside! The village also boasts a mainline station with direct trains to London Paddington.

Duxford Country Lodge

Tucked away in the peaceful village of Cholsey, Oxfordshire, this charming one-bedroom, one-bathroom self-contained lodge offers a cosy and private retreat—perfect for solo travellers, couples, or small families. The space includes a fully equipped kitchenette, a stylish bathroom with a compact walk-in shower, and a comfortable living area. Sleeping arrangements consist of one double bed and one double futon bed, accommodating up to three adults or two adults and two children.
