Quiet, Cozy Guesthouse with privacy

Whether you are traveling alone, as a couple or even as a family our peaceful guest house is ready for your stay. The house, located in the backyard of our main residence, is approx 600 sqft with a bedroom, living room and a full kitchen with a small fridge. The area is fully fenced in for privacy along with a patio and furniture. We are less than 10 minutes from SH 288, 45 min from the beaches, 30 min from Texas Medical Center, 15 min from Pearland Town Center, 20 min from SkyDive Spaceland.

Beachfront property in Treasure Island neighborhood with ample outdoor space for you to enjoy. This home is located on the beach at San Luis pass with beach access and fishing just feet away. Enjoy the lower deck with shaded areas to relax or the upper deck with amazing views. You will be amazed at the constant ocean breeze and sounds of the waves crashing, creating the beach experience you are looking for. Just Beachy is pet friendly. There are additional charges and restrictions.

We are committed following AB&B cleaning protocol and CDC recommendations. We are hosting for a minimum of 3 nights. 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment in Downtown Alvin Texas. 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds (+under bed) and a sofa bed. Washer and drier in the apartment. Full kitchen and living room. Cable and high speed internet. Plenty of space to park in front of apartment. The property surrounded by tall trees in a quiet street. Cozy barn apartment on a lovely small farm, secluded and quiet in the country. Located halfway between downtown Houston and the Galveston beaches, it's just a few minutes to lots of shopping and restaurants, with Kemah Boardwalk and Nasa Space Center a short drive away. Winding creek through the property, with chickens and two horses grazing in the pasture. Lots of sheep, pigs, and donkeys next door. Property has private swimming pool for your enjoyment.
