Matthew’s place was perfect for our family trip. Clean, well-stocked , and comfortable. Plenty of space to spread out and so many thoughtful touches. Truly felt like home while we were there. The sunrises are gorgeous!

We had such a lovely stay at the Pond House! Absolutely gorgeous property, beautiful home & furnishings, perfect for 2 families to stay comfortably. It was so peaceful out there, yet very convenient to activities. Already looking at future dates we could come back!

If you’re looking to ski at Bolton Valley, really tough to beat this location unless you’re right in the resort. Worked out very conveniently for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 young kids). Cleanliness is important to us and the bathroom, kitchen, foyer, etc. we’re all in great shape and updated. King size bed was comfortable. Some of the bedroom furniture was a bit dated, but was livable given the rest of the nice amenities and overall cleanliness of the apt….and the location to the lifts… Lucas was very upfront about the fact that we would need to bring an air mattress of some sort for the kids. This worked out more than fine as we sat up the mattress in the living room. All in all, this apt would work out well for anyone wanting close proximity to the ski lifts…

Spent the weekend for our son’s wedding at Boyden Farms. We were a group of 11 with plenty of space! Multiple bathrooms and 2 kitchens were a big bonus! Clean, well-stocked, spacious, great view of mountain and nice walking trails. Staff is responsive and friendly. A great weekend was had by all! Thank you!!!

Owing to the winter closure of the pass on 108, we had a challenge with Google’s directions. Once we found the resort it was all systems go, great arrival directions, easy entry and comfortable home. The access to all of the amenities of Smugglers Notch was awesome. Both Stacey’s and DJ’s responses to questions were above and beyond. Totally great week! Thanks guys.

Our stay in Sara and Mikes home in Waitsfield was incredible! Upon arrival into the mad river valley, the surrounding views were instantly beautiful and calming. The moment we stepped in the house we honestly felt right at home. The layout of the house is so calming and tasteful. Everything is perfectly organized, down to the labeling for all of the dishes and cookware so you’ll never have trouble finding what you need! Waking up and heading by downstairs for a workout in the home gym, followed by a dip in the hot tub on the secluded back deck was an insanely relaxing way to start the day. The custom built bed frames/furniture and the overall craftsmanship of the space added a comforting artistic value to the stay. Don’t get me started on the screen porch! This house is full of amenities and I’ve honestly never felt more at home at an air b&b stay. Nice quiet respectful neighborhood in an amazing community, would recommend this spot to anyone and we hope to return in the future!

We stayed here as a base for skiing Jay Peak, Titus, Middlebury Snowbowl, Bolton Valley, and Trapp Family Lodge (cross country). Snowshoed for hours on our 2 "off days". Very convenient, and very comfortable. Felt right at home. Would definitely like to book same week next year!

Our stay was very nice! Our top requests are clean, quiet and comfortable beds. All three were met. Pat, was very friendly and helpful with our stay. I would stay there again!

Wonderful weekend getaway. Close to UVM and Church Street. Spacious home, very clean and has all the amenities. Highly recommend.

We are repeat guests at Rebecca’s house. It is the perfect place for us to stay with our pup while visiting our daughter at UVM. The house is charming, walkable to Zero Gravity, and has a fenced in back yard. Communication with Rebecca is excellent. Looking forward to hopefully staying again in the Fall!

Amazing place and Elaine was great host! Beautiful home with peaceful surroundings. Kids enjoyed the animals (Rosie and Felicia). This stay was key to a great trip. 😁

Great place, lots of space and very accommodating. The owners reached out several times through the trip to see if we needed anything and were very responsive throughout the whole stay. Great for a group that is looking for a comfortable relaxed place to stay close to downtown

We were 2 couples visiting children at UVM. The house was close enough to campus to go back and forth easily. The large kitchen and dining room meant we could cook big family dinners and sit around the table together - something we miss while they're at school. The rooms were large and clean with ample drawers and closet space and 8 of us easily slept there the night the kids stayed over. Bathrooms were great as well. We brought rackets and were able to use the public tennis courts right up the road. If the weather were nicer I'm sure we could have grilled and taken advantage of the huge back yard. There were 2 spots in the large, clean garage and plenty of driveway parking. All in all it was a much more affordable, versatile place to stay than downtown hotels.

We had a great visit and stay. From the point we originally booked our stay until we checked out Deb was extremely helpful. Everything from instructions on the house to recommendations - she was on top of it. The place was very comfortable and perfect for our family. I’d highly recommend staying here.

Erinn was very polite and helpful. The place was clean and was exactly as advertised. Great location, walking distance from bars, restaurants, and the city plaza. Overall a great experience from the quality of the apartment to communication with host, as well as a great location in the city. Would definitely stay again if I was going back!

It had everything I needed and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Anne Marie even had a fire going in the fireplace for my arrival. Even though this spot would be ideal in the summer because it's right on the lake, I found it to be very beautiful and comfortable in the dead of winter. It was plenty warm, and easy to get in and out. I couldn't be happier with both the home and the host.

Leah's place is on a beautiful, quiet road of Cambridge that is a short 5-10 minute drive to Smugglers' Notch Ski Resort and all of the Cambridge-Jeffersonville area amenities. The house is tucked away in beautiful woods, private, and provides all of the needed necessities and comforts for a relaxing weekend retreat. Leah is super responsive too. Highly recommend this place if looking for tranquility and proximity to the magic of the area.

Thank you, Palmer for an enjoyable stay at your beautiful lake house. We came up for a college tour of UVM and the location was perfect. It took us only 20 minutes to get there and then at the end of our day we came back to relax and unwind at your comfy and spotless home. Every room was beautifully furnished , comfortable and really just felt homey. The kids enjoyed hanging out downstairs watching movies while the adults enjoyed cocktails and talking all while taking in the amazing view of the lake. We had a wonderful time and would certainly return. Only two minor issues, one of which just might have been our own unfamiliarity with the home. The living room gets really warm and even though we turned down the thermostat, it kept creeping up. But it could have even been the fact that it was so sunny one of the days we were there. A minor issue. Outside, the railing to get down from the deck to the yard is a bit wobbly in places and may be due to be replaced soon. Also, no big deal.

Excellent location and the unit is exactly as described. Loved all the modern amenities, lots of space in the unit, and the beautiful well kept lawn area outside. John was great responding to our requests and we really enjoyed our stay. Hope to return in the not so distant future.

Wonderful place to stay we came here for a Burlington visit as our daughter was checking out UVM for college. Walkable to Lake Champlain in all of its beauty. The place was pristine and beautifully renovated. Comfortable beds and all the amenities you would need. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Carla for being such an amazing host!

A fantastic stay in a beautiful, very charming home. Equipped with all you can wish for, we have had a wonderful time as a family. Clear instructions, easy to find, well maintained. Friendly neighbourhood. The icing on the cake is the easy to operate Italian espresso machine.

Great house and location was easy to get to, close to airport, and events.

Great place near Smugglers Notch and local establishments around Jeffersonville. Easy to get to and awesome for a large family to stay for the weekend.
