A cozy house with a private yard ultra center

A cozy house with a private yard in the ultra center of the city. The yard with a barbecue area, covered by the shadow of a walnut tree. The windows of the bedroom balcony overlook the crown of the tree and are surrounded by greenery. For wine lovers, there is a deep traditional cellar where you can store your collected Moldavian wine collection and sip a glass without leaving there. A water filter has been installed.

The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood. close to the centre of the city. The tiny house is part of a bigger residence, however it has a separate entrance for our guests. There is a terrace in front of the dwelling with a garden to enjoy. Sauna is for an extra price!
