Thyme

Nestled in the protected valley of the Whiteadder Water only 250m from the river with its salmon and trout fishing, lie “ Heather” and “Thyme”, our two high quality, traditionally styled luxurious shepherds huts. This is a largely undiscovered part of Berwickshire yet the beautiful Borders towns of Kelso, Melrose and Peebles are less than an hour’s drive away while the centre of Edinburgh is but a little over an hour distant by car. The beautiful east coast beaches are in as little as 30 mins.

A space to rest and relax in the Scottish Borders

Part of a Steading (barn) sympathetically converted in 2006, overlooking woods and fields from its own enclosed garden. The cottage is ideaI for exploring the Scottish Borders and Northumberland. One hour by car from Edinburgh, 35 mins from Lindisfarne and 45 mins from Bamburgh. If you'd like to leave the car at home and cycle to us it is 13 miles from the station at Berwick-upon-Tweed. Tucked away down a small lane, you can walk or cycle from the door or simply sit and watch the wildlife.

A delightful semi-detached one-bedroom property in the village of Chirnside in the Scottish Borders. Perfect for a romantic getaway or a peaceful retreat. Edinburgh and Newcastle are an hour away by car or train, the coast is a 15 minute drive, and there are several quaint market towns in the area to visit. The property is only a few minutes walk from the village supermarket and other local amenities. The building and grounds form part of a renovated old Bank and include other holiday flats.
