The upstairs bedroom boasts a double bed in a large room with built in wardrobes & ensuite toilet / shower. The Den has a private entrance and enclosed garden, safe for children. A space to rest and relax in the Scottish Borders

Part of a Steading (barn) sympathetically converted in 2006, overlooking woods and fields from its own enclosed garden. The cottage is ideaI for exploring the Scottish Borders and Northumberland. One hour by car from Edinburgh, 35 mins from Lindisfarne and 45 mins from Bamburgh. If you'd like to leave the car at home and cycle to us it is 13 miles from the station at Berwick-upon-Tweed. Tucked away down a small lane, you can walk or cycle from the door or simply sit and watch the wildlife.

Escape the hustle and bustle and enter a world of tranquility and calm with a cosy getaway at our sea view luxury lodge at Eyemouth Parkdean Hoilday park. With stunning views and a quiet atmosphere Eyemouth is positioned 8 miles north of Berwick-upon-Tweed. It’s attractions include shops, restaurants, beach and a harbour. It’s a couple of mins drive to Coldingham Bay and St. Abbs which we look onto from our lodge and benefits from the most amazing sunrises and sunsets all year round.

Inside are all the comforts you will need while keeping the feeling of being a part of the wildlife which you will see around you. The Woodland Cabin is set on the edge of a forest near the beautiful small village of Abbey St Bathans, just 1 hour south of Edinburgh. Come and relax in the woods with a book or grab your hiking boots or bikes and explore the surrounding countryside. We're a 20 minute drive from the coast which has stunning cliff top walks and beautiful little bays and fishing villages. Recently renovated to include super fast broadband, the cottage provides luxury accommodation for 4. Scenic walks from your door with cattle and sheep nearby and a variety of woodlands to explore. This is an ideal location to explore East Berwickshire, with Coldingham Bay and beautiful St. Abbs nearby. Edinburgh is one hour away, famous for its Castle and festivals.

You’ll love Greenloaning Cottage because it is comfortable, clean and cosy. Situated on the edge of a lovely Borders village close to all that the Scottish Borders has to offer. A large and pretty garden perfect to relax in and enjoy the wildlife, and children or pets to let off steam.
