This place looks a little odd from the outside but it is very cool inside! It was well stocked and super clean and the nice backyard with deer and fox running around was magical. The driveway was pure mud but we hit the spring thaw and that is to be expected. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful view of the water! Close to many good restaurants & shops. This room is connected to an inn, and the large, shared deck is connected to the bedroom and living room. There could be noise from other guests while you are there. The entrance is next to the lobby with the vending machine, so again- the other guests will be nearby. We enjoyed exploring the area… beautiful location!

Great place to stay in a beautiful area away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Sara (Owner) was very responsive and helpful with any questions I had. The condo was clean and was the perfect size for a group of five.

Really loved the setup with a patio walkout onto the beach and the sunrise in the morning over the lake was glorious. Very close to the ferry and loved the convenience. Great place.

The rental was very spacious. I went up with my husband, my parents and a toddler. The house was fully furnished. Best part is this rental is you step outside and have a beautiful view. You are even able to enjoy a bonfire right outside on the beach just feet away from your patio!

We live very close to the Cozy Condos. Our family members enjoyed their stay here during our post Christmas family celebration! Although the weather wasn’t ideal for this trip this super clean condo would be a fabulous site to choose for an extended visit to the Barbeau area where you can enjoy watching the super impressive freighters as they navigate the southbound shipping channel to their final destinations! Watch from the outdoor deck at the Cozy Corners Tavern and Grill right next door! Their food is excellent and service is top notch! Boaters can tie right up to the floating docks at the restaurant and then continue on to enjoy the beauty and awesome fishing on the St. Mary’s River!

Great amount of space & separation of master from 2 additional bedrooms. Beds very comfortable. Pictures of Island & city were a nice local touch. Luggage rack in each bedroom & plenty of hangers. Both a nice sized front porch & a rear deck for relaxing & star gazing. Rural feel but close to town & destination locations (Mackinac Island & Tahquamenon Falls) and a walking audio history tour of St Ignace.

Perfect place to stay for a Girls Trip! 6 of us stayed a long fall weekend at host Shaney's beautiful rental home which looks right out on the straits & majestic Mackinac Bridge. An unbelievable view day & night! Shaney knew one of us had a 60th birthday & went all out w/ extra touches & surprise on arrival, a bottle of champagne in a 60 gift bag & a 60 decorated champagne flute & 5 extra glasses on the dining table. Snacks, sweets & coffee provided were great. Cleanliness, interior decorating & artwork were stellar! Shaney was super responsive to any question & sent msg to look for northern lights - spectacular! The kitchen has everything you need, including gallons of drinking water due to their being well water at the tap. Have stayed at other rentals where dishes, silver & pans are scarce but there was plenty, even a crockpot & paperware. Can't say enough good things about this one, you have to see it & stay here to believe it. Tons of stuff to do & sights to see in the area!

Beautiful place! Our group of 10 had a great time! Sunrises were amazing and the views of Mackinac Island were beautiful! There was enough seating in the kitchen and on the deck which was a huge plus!! Loved the space and the yard and that it is right on the water!

My wife and I booked this rental for a 30th Wedding Anniversary getaway and to see the fall colors. This is a great house in a great location. It is very well stocked with everything one would need. Our favorite part of the house was the breezeway with the table where we would eat and had a great view of Whitefish Bay while doing so. There was even a pair of binoculars there to see the freighters out in the bay. We made several day trips during the week visiting many State Parks and looked forward to returning to grill our supper. We had an issue related to a storm that came through early in our stay. After contacting Brooke, she made arrangements to get a repair made and it happened promptly. Brooke kept in contact with us to make sure everything was fixed. She is a great host of this wonderful property. We had a delightful time during our stay and hated to leave when the week was done. We highly recommend this great property that has a great host. Jerry is very helpful, understanding, and easy going. Nice place to relax and unwind.

We loved this place. Horseshoe drive with plenty of room for parking and trailers. Comfy and spacious living room. Access to pole barn and close to tails and town. Mattresses were uncomfortable but that's our only complaint. We really enjoyed our stay here, felt like a home.

The cabin is in a beautiful setting on the river . Eagles flew by every day . Very peaceful.

We stayed at MARTIN’s airbnb for our Anniversary weekend! This place is so cozy and the views are amazing! It is well worth the money,especially because the bikes looked very new and were included in the price! Martin goes above and beyond to make this a stress free and beautiful vacation! We highly recommend this place!

Fantastic view of the sunsets and the Mackinac Bridge. Very comfortable, highly recommended.
