100 year old home. Very peaceful in a quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to food and coffee. The house is very bright with hardwood floors. Washer/dryer in basement. We will consider dogs on a case by case basis. (Please see Other details to note). The kitchen has everything needed to cook meals (no spices). Central cooling is evaporator not AC. NO LOCAL RESIDENCE THIS IS NOT TO BE USED FOR PARTIES OR EVENTS OR LOCAL DAY USEAGE. THE HOME HAS OUTDOOR SURVEILLANCE CAMERAS.

We welcome everyone in our home. It Is also available to professionals needing a room on short term or long term basis. It is very cozy and comfortable we like our guests to feel at home.
