La atención por parte del anfitrión fue rápida y eficiente, nos resolvió la reservación en poco tiempo a pesar de los tiempos, recomiendo el lugar ya que es cálido, privado, muy cuidado, las camas cómodas, baños limpios y con agua caliente, la cocina muy completa. A mis hijas les encanto el detalle de una máquina de escribir funcional, para ellas fue algo novedoso, ya que todo es pc hoy día. El jardín es pequeño pero hermoso.

Small Castle on a Hill on the Outskirts of Town

Stunning mini castle indeed. Good: very spacious, surrounded by nature, multi-level, with fireplace, view and a terrace. Better planned that many houses in the area. Wanting: slow internet, far away from everything, a bit damp inside (but such are almost all places in San Cris). Overall: amazing place for long term stays if you have a car and do not mind the internet.

Gorgeous brick home with enormous garden

This is a beautiful and calm place to stay within 10 minutes of the historic center of San Cristobal. Lovely house and yard, great kitchen, lots of light and comfortable beds. If you want to have a respite from city life this is a great place to stay. Zinzi and Edward are super responsive and helpful hosts.

El alojamiento y atencion de Federico y Marcela supero las expectativas por mucho. La cama es una delicia. Las estrellas se ven maravillosas. Es lindo ver los animalitos y arboles frutales. Tengo muchas ganas de volver pronto. Tienen menú, les recomiendo el chocolate de leche bronca. Estamos muy felices y agradecidos de haber dado con este paraiso, con Fede y Marce. Ampliamente recomendado.

Humberto was een schitterende host. Super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We voelden ons er meteen welkom en thuis. Mijn vrouw en ik verbleven er 2 nachten met 2 dochters van 8 en 10 en vonde het jammer dat we niet langer konden blijven. De adembenemende Maya site van Tonina ligt op wandelafstand. Het uitzicht over de Ocosingo vallei is onvergetelijk, net als de gastvrijheid van Humberto, zijn vrouw en kat en hond. Aanrader.

The house of the gardens

The house and garden are extremely beautiful. It felt very special to stay there. Gamaliel’s parents are warm and attentive, and we are grateful that Gamaliel was so flexible with check in/ out. Thank you all very much for having us - we’d love to come back.

La casa del señor Armando es muy bonita y acogedora, todo estaba impecable y cuido cada detalle para que nuestra estancia fuera muy agradable!! El señor Armando nos permitió llegar unas horas más temprano y nos recomendó lugares para comer!! Siempre muy atento y amable, esperamos regresar pronto !!

Spacious, clean, good & safe location even without a car. Very comfortable for 4 people. Grecia provided lots of extras like coffee, sugar, oil, soaps etc and lots of recommendations which was very appreciated.

Él es muy atento, respetuoso, accesible y respeta tu espacio. Buena ubicación si tu visita es conocer la ciudad. Siguen los perritos en la azotea, son lindos pero es algo molestoso al entrar a la habitación.

Great place. Great host. Great views. Beautiful property. We stayed just one night but it would be fun to stay a few days here and catch the vibe more. Somewhat rustic but comfy. Recommend! Kitchen is shared

Well, I did not like the town of Ocosingo, it's really rushy place. For that reason I am really glad I spent my time there in this accomodation, it was like a peaceful gem in all that madness. Beautiful place to have a good rest, with peaceful garden yard with a bar serving perfect breakfasts and nice cocktails. The room was truly beautiful, with wooden ceilings and great light design. Very cozy. The hotel does not have a washing machine but the receptionist took our clothes to public laundry for us. 100% service!!!
