House on Lake Flower close to Downtown. Close to the Ice Palace (Winter), Farmers Market (Summer/Fall), Rail Trail right near by (year round). Guests have access to the downstairs of the house. The upstairs is vacant (closed off). Picture windows offer views of Lake Flower, the mountains and downtown. The house is a short walk to town and restaurants. For holiday events, it’s a great location to watch firework displays. King bed, views, patio with grill, outdoor fireplace and sunsets.

Waterfront Artisan ADK Cottage - Tupper Lake

Sunset Cottage is cleaned in compliance with CDC COVID-19 Lodging cleaning standards before you vacation there. Sunset Cottage is only 15 feet from Tupper Lake with a sandy spot for launching canoes/kayaks and a large dock where you can moor your powerboat if you bring one. Dock seating and swimming with a dog friendly stair. Fire pit with firewood on the lawn with Adirondack chairs for your use. Two, kayaks come with the rental. Newly renovated interior with beautiful Adirondack decor.

Riverside Cabin & Nature Trails

Enjoy our 160 acres in a private natural setting. Owls, trout, heron, osprey, mergansers and the occasional loon will add to your stay. There are over 4 miles of private trails for hiking along the river and in the woods. Kayaks & fishing poles provided. Camp Timberock

Camp Timberock is a fully furnished and well stocked three bedroom Adirondack cabin nestled among the towering trees. Our cabin is a short walk to a the association's sandy beach and swimming area and an association owned boat launch from which you can explore Fish Creek Pond, Upper Saranac Lake and the Saint Regis Canoe Area. Timberock is conveniently located within an easy travel to Tupper Lake, Saranac Lake, Lake Placid and all that the Adirondack Wilderness Area has to offer.

Do you love books enough to sleep with them? Step into the Library at Camp Arden, furnished with one-of-a-kind antiques and collectibles. Curl up with your favorite book and take in the light of antique stained glass and the sounds of the Adirondacks gently wafting through the window. The Shepherd's Crook at Blue Pepper Farm

Tucked in the woods on our working sheep farm, our off-grid tiny house is the perfect escape and stepping stone into the Adirondack mountains for hiking, skiing, and snowshoeing. Enjoy the coziness of the Crook between forays into our north country wilderness! What you will find: adventure, peace, quiet, woodstove, candles, down blanket, fire pit, privacy, composting outhouse, firewood for sale. **Please note there is NO electricity and NO running water. Akin to glamping!

Enjoy an easy walk down the Rail Trail to Lake Clear, where state lands provide access for swimming, paddling, listening to loons, and unwinding.

Waterfront Loft

This private guest space in the second floor of our garage has it's own entrance, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom in a very convenient location. We are 5 minutes from Saranac Lake, 10 Minutes from Lake Placid, and 25 minutes from Whiteface. Located on a peninsula of Oseetah Lake, we have waterfront access perfect for ice skating, snowshoeing and XC skiing in the winter right from our doorstep. The lake offers sweeping views of Ampersand and the surrounding mountains.

The Nest

Your year round base-camp for activities, events, or just relaxing in the Adirondacks. This stylish brand new one-bedroom apartment is perfect for group trips or if the two of you want to get away by yourselves, also featuring a queen size bed with a Dreamcloud mattress in the private bedroom with a TV, plus two sofa beds and a couch to accommodate more in your group if others are joining you. The apartment is above the garage which is separate from the house.
