During WINTER: must have AWD or FWD, experience driving in serious winter weather (snow, severe wind, extreme cold); the cabin is located on gravel roads & dirt driveway. The apartment is spacious, about 500 sq ft with sliding door opening to a large deck with table and chairs, propane BBQ, and views of mountains. Lounge chairs are available in the warmer months. It is an ideal location, so close to Chico Hot Springs, 4-5 restaurants and bars, fishing, hiking and the quaint western town of Livingston!
