Please note: There is a washer & dryer available for use only between the hours of 11:00 am & 8:00pm. The washer/dryer are located on a shared wall with other guests so the hours of use are strict as to not bother other guests who may be sleeping.

We offer a fully equipped kitchen, HD cable TV, a very cozy queen bed and a single wide sofa bed, which is suitable for children . The cottage is located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. If you enjoy strolling through Local Markets, you will be within a mile of Chico’s year around Farmers Market.

Cottage By The Creek on Bidwell Ave

The cottage is a private cottage located behind my house. It can accommodate 2-3 people (there is a $25/night charge for a third person). There is a queen size bed in the bedroom, a couch in the living room, plus a blow-up mattress. We are located 1-mile from town and a 10 min. walk to Chico State.

A stylish, relaxed vibe at our centrally-located studio. Quiet neighborhood, comfortable unit. There is some construction on occasion happening on the lot directly behind this unit. Most days are quiet but occasionally there is some construction noise between the hours of 8am - 5pm

Our place is close to Downtown, restaurants and nightlife, Bidwell Park and Chico State. You’ll love our creek side setting because of the location. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and family visiting Chico State students.
