(Guests using the twin room will need to access the shower room via the main bedroom).The Annexe also consists of a private and quiet courtyard garden. Little Barn has a well equipped, open plan kitchen, sitting room & dining area with wood burning stove, modern bathroom, TV and wifi. Snuggle up & watch the ducks, swans & geese on the pond & the herd of wild deer grazing near by.

The Garden Lodge.

The lodge, which is in our garden, is in the beautiful village of Oving. Visit the beautiful West Wittering Beach (20 minutes drive) Chichester and Goodwood (10 minutes). It sleeps 4 (1 double and one single in the bedroom and a small double sofa bed in the living/kitchen space) but best suits 3-4. Groceries can be bought from Sainsbury's, 10 minutes by car.
