Built in 2013, the annexe is accessed via a private entrance. Free on street parking is available. The Annexe is located in a quiet residential close, approximately 1.1 miles from Petersfield High Street. A self-contained studio situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in Felpham. Breakfast items are included, this space has a kitchenette equipped for simple meals (microwave and small fridge). Private entrance and off road parking. Situated 15 minutes walk from the coast and 10 minutes from local amenities. The spacious annex has a separate guest entrance and off-street parking. Guests can use the private patio and there are facilities for breakfast of toast & cereal (included). Located down a private drive in the heart of Liphook within walking distance of many local amenities (3 pubs, supermarket, cinema, take aways). The train station is only a 7 minute walk away and a 2 minute walk from a bus stop. We are on the edge of the South Downs National Park with some stunning walks from the house.

The Hermitage at Days

One bedroom self-catering holiday accommodation, in converted stables within the flint-walled courtyard of a charming Grade II listed 18th century farmhouse on the edge of the South Downs National Park. Across the road from Fontwell Park Racecourse and close to Goodwood, Chichester and Arundel. Within close walking distance of a Mini Waitrose and a pub with excellent food by the Fontwell Roundabout. 3 miles from Barnham station with taxis and frequent trains to Gatwick and London.

Our guest annexe is a 1 minute walk to the beach at Bracklesham Bay and 8 minutes walk to Rewild beachside sauna. With attractions, such as Goodwood, Chichester Festival Theatre and the South Downs close by as well as the beach, this is a superb location - 4 minute drive to East Wittering village and 7 minutes to the beautiful sandy beach at West Wittering You can watch stunning sunsets on the beach and then come back to fall asleep to the sound of the waves.

Two bedroom self-catering apartment in Arundel

The Lodge is a Self-catering 2 double bedroom apartment accommodating one to four adults. It has it's own separate entrance, self check-in lockbox and free off-road parking spaces. We do have cats on the premises but not allowed in the lodge. We do not accommodate pets or children. Cosy but spacious accommodation within walking distance of Arundel Castle.

The Old Forge

A relaxing and private 1 bed converted forge. The Old Forge is a recently renovated former blacksmith's forge. It has been thoughtfully and tastefully restored and now provides a spacious, warm and comfortable space. The Old Forge offers garden views, with a bright and airy feel to an an ancient building. It has it's own entrance.

Elwood, a self contained one bedroom annex.
