Great space, lovely location. would recommend using the sofa bed instead of the single bedroom if the third guest is an adult. Would be even more perfect if some ground coffee was provided for the cafetiere!

Princy's property was a perfect place to stay for us. It was spacious, modern and beautifully clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. We particularly liked the lay out of the bedrooms as it suited our family of 2 grandparents, our daughter and son-law and their 3 boys . We loved the openness of the house, the conservatory and being able to walk straight out onto the beach. Absolutely lovely watching the windsurfers and at night to look out and see the night sky full of stars. We were very fortunate to choose a weekend when we had wall to wall sunshine. Be aware that the house is on a private road that is not tarmacked. We would love to go back sometime as we loved every minute of our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the Jungle Crazy Golf at Chichester Golf Club, which also has escape rooms. Thoroughly recommend this lovely place.

Beautiful place - extremely well equipped for a family stay. Grounds are brilliant especially if you have children or dogs! Loved the wood burner ! Would recommend and would love to return.

Such a beautiful place, our family loved the tree house, the lake and the boats. The wildlife were amazingly tame. Katherine and Alex were great friendly and communicative hosts. Highly recommend.

Lovely stay at Jim's! Had a slight issue with heating but Jim was quick to respond and sort it out. Clean house with good wifi. Would stay again if we visit the area!

Beautiful house on 4 floors . Amazing views , very tastefully decorated a lovely sofas, kitchen . Two bedrooms have balconies with seated area looking over the river . Beds are amazingly comfortable and the bed linen was cotton and cool . Would love to stay again but for longer so we could use the cinema room . Was perfect. Thank you

A delightful weekend stay Yaverland - an easy 20 minute walk down the hill to Sandown and in a quiet holiday park - backing onto beautiful trees and nature. Had a lovely walk along the cliffs and spent the day biking around the surrounding towns. The host made every accommodation for guests - well set up with tea, coffee and biscuits there for you on arrival! The chalet has been very thoughtfully renovated, very cleanly, great wifi and large TV for Olympic viewing. A great getaway! We didn’t have a car as we like walking and biking but would advise a car for the Isle of Wight if here for longer as it’s larger than it looks, and this place is not right in the township. Great communication throughout and would definitely recommend it!

This was our first time staying in an Air B&B. It was an ideal place for us with our two boys to stay as we were visiting family in the area. They loved the location with all the boats. The apartment was Light, spacious, clean and tidy. I Would certainly recommend it for a family of four.

We booked the place for my family to stay for the night for my graduation so we didn’t really get to do a lot inside the flat. However, the check in is really easy and they were very helpful and responsive. There’s a phone number to call on if you need to reach them and also an office. I honestly thought the place is located in a very nice location (3-5 mins walk to the beach too). The house and rooms are very clean and looks lovely! Would stay again if needed a place to stay on. Lovely host!

Staying at Sophia's place was truly one of the most special experiences I’ve had through Airbnb (if not the best). From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed and at home – not just as guests, but as part of her family. Her kindness, thoughtfulness, and genuine hospitality touched our hearts in so many ways. As soon as you cross the door, the most beautiful furry friends will be there to say hi – genuinely the cutest girls! If you love dogs, I can guarantee you’ll fall in love. 🐼🐻❤️ Sophia's home was amazing, you can feel how much love and care she puts into creating a space that is warm and inviting. 100% recommended!

Excellent, lovely setting, will stay again next chance I get

Our favourite place to visit in Horsham! The cottage and garden are magical, peaceful, cozy, quiet and a great place to relax, unwind and reconnect. It has everything you need for a home away from home, including home made welcome goodies... Christopher and Tania are amazing hosts and feel like part of the family now. We have loved sharing their little slice of paradise, along with the ducks, deers, rabbits, birds and pheasants. We look forward to our next visit.

This is our second time staying at Amanda's beautiful cottage and we will continue to come back as long as she'll have us. It's spacious, comfortable, is in a great location, and has plenty of parking nearby. Everything is walkable from her place and it is super easy to get to. There are sights, a grocery, and plenty of shopping and dining nearby. As for the place, the kitchen is perfectly appointed, beds are very comfortable and Amanda was even nice enough to leave us a welcome gift in the refrigerator! Thank you! Communication is perfect every step of the way and the unit is super easy to get into. We love coming to Arundel and will be back! Thank you for another amazing stay, Amanda. Hope to see you / the cottage next year.

Stayed at the accommodation while we attended a nearby wedding so location was perfect for us. The house was very well kept with a lovely outdoor space in the courtyard. Marion was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Thank you!

We had a wonderful time in this lovely house with a beautiful view and nature. The house is spacious and very clean and cozy. This place is perfect for those who are tired of the hustle and bustle of the city. Milly and her husband are very helpful and hospitable. The house has everything you need, special thanks to the owners for the croissants with jam and for the milk and juice xxx. We are really liked the cute details in the form of fresh flowers in each room and on the dining table .We hope that we will definitely return to this wonderful place. We highly recommend this place.

Our stay at Oakwood Farm was truly unforgettable. The setting was absolutely stunning, and the barn itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly welcoming - an ideal place to relax and unwind. We especially loved the animals and how comfortable they were around us. It was such a joy to sit and read while ponies, a horse, alpacas, and even deer wandered by! We genuinely didn’t want to leave and are already planning our next visit. Huge thanks to Sophie for being such a wonderful host!

We enjoyed a very comfortable stay at Swan cottage. Very responsive host, easy check in, property very clean and neat. Gorgeous location right on the water. Highly recommend.

What an amazing place! Such a peaceful setting for really getting back to nature, surrounded by beautiful countryside yet only minutes from the islands beautiful beaches and attractions (you will need a car if you stay here to make the most of the island). The Little Barn is clean, spacious and flooded with light, and has everything you could possibly need for a family stay - it was ideal for our family of four. We loved exploring the grounds, discovering local wildlife, eating the honey that was left for us (made by Susan and Richard's own bees) and drinking the local Mermaid gin! Susan and Richard could not have been more accommodating and welcoming, checking we had all we needed and giving us tips on the local area whilst giving us the space to enjoy our stay in peace - despite being next door, we barely knew they were there. Some of our local highlights were Compton Bay, Carisbrooke Castle, The Garlic Festival (every August), and the walk to St Catherine's Lighthouse. The perfect wholesome family holiday - we hope to be back one day!
