Upstairs: large bedroom with en-suite shower and small twin bedroom. (Guests using the twin room will need to access the shower room via the main bedroom).The Annexe also consists of a private and quiet courtyard garden. To keep your costs as low as possible, we do not charge a cleaning fee. Parking onsite.

Hand built by myself & Granny Mongolia, the Yurt is a mix of traditional Mongolian design & bohemian chic. As you enter the yurt you will instantly notice a sense of calm & grounding, an ideal retreat from a hectic lifestyle. Surrounded by countryside, the yurt is home to many Mongolian artefacts gifted to me by Granny Mongolia. It features a charcoal bbq & stove. The property is a Listed Georgian (1825) terraced house and has recently been renovated by Erickson Mann A five minutes walk from the renowned Chichester Festival Theatre and the same from the City of Chichester with it's Cathedral, restaurants and shops . There is also easy access by car bus or bike to the Downs including Goodwood as well as the coast at West Wittering and Bracklesham Bay . You can lie ,sit or eat in the sun the house has a south facing garden which is a sun trap .

Bedroom has a super king bed that can change into twin beds. The lounge has a double sofa bed to transform into another bedroom along with tea/coffee facilities & small fridge. Suitable for family's of all aged children. Near to Goodwood for horse racing & motor events, Chichester festival theatre & West Wittering beach.
