Superbe appartement avec entrée privée dans une villa sur les hauteurs de Blonay, Vaud, avec une vue imprenable sur le lac Léman, le massif du Chablais et les vignobles du Lavaux. A 50 mètres de l’arrêt du train Vevey-les Pléiades en pleine forêt, qui donne accès aux multitudes de randonnées et VTT. L’appartement est entièrement équipé avec cuisine haut de gamme inclus lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, sèche-linge, wifi et télévision. Une terrasse entièrement privée. Parking 2 voitures.

Les libellules

La maison se trouve au-dessus du bourg de Villeneuve, dans un quartier très calme, situé à 20 minutes à pieds de la gare. Une voiture est fortement recommandée, nous disposons d'une place de parc. A Villeneuve, les quais, la plage et la réserve naturelle vous permettent de profiter du lac et d'admirer les montagnes. En direction de Montreux le fameux Château de Chillon mérite la visite. Piscine à Villeneuve. Le Montreux Jazz festival a lieu chaque année au début juillet.

Le Palais du lac, Bord du lac, centre ville

Vous ne vous trompez pas en choisissant le Palais du lac, nom de l’ancien hôtel de standing des années folles et des cures thermales. Situé au bord du lac, devant le débarcadère , vous profiterez d’Evian et de ces atouts sans vous soucier de prendre votre voiture car vous ferez tous à pied ! Quel bonheur de sortir de chez soi et d’être directement sur les quais ou la promenade y est magnifique à toutes heures de la journée.... Bon séjour dans notre belle ville d’Evian.

Il vostro loft a Vevey si trova nella zona pedonale direttamente sul Quai. Un grande letto comodo (200x210cm) può essere separato su richiesta. Culla(e) se richiesta(e). Biblioteca ben attrezzata per i giorni di pioggia. Il punto forte è la terrazza con una magnifica vista. Il tavolo di fronte al loft è riservato per voi. La doccia/toilette è piccola ma funzionale. Cucina con grande cucina a gas, forno, lavastoviglie e piatti belli.. Materiali naturali e bei mobili.
