Located 5 minutes from J8 M20. Ideal for Leeds Castle. The Kent show ground. 35 mins drive to Eurotunnel & 50 mins to Dover ferry port. 1 hour to London via train. The Annex has it's own private entrance, rear private patio area, sitting room/ fully equipped kitchenette, downstairs shower room/ large upstairs bedroom.

Cosy spacious barn ideal for exploring Kent

Nunfield Barn is a beautifully converted barn and one portion of the house is internally separated for our Airbnb guests, with its own entrance, downstairs toilet, kitchen/dining area and living room with doors leading to a private patio. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with bath and shower. There is an above ground pool for use in summer, a front garden shared with us when we are here. There are fields &orchards across the road and we are 15 minute drive to Leeds Castle

Located conveniently for the motorway and also easy access to the town centre, train station, shops, takeaways, restaurants and pubs.

Wentworth flat is located on the ground floor of a 3 storey block of flats on a residential estate, one mile west of the town centre. The property offers one double bedroom with king size bed, one single bedroom, large lounge/dining room, fully fitted kitchen and shower/wc. Large private car park to the rear of the block and Superfast Wi-Fi. We are happy to accept well behaved pets at this property for a fee of £5 per pet per night. Please let us know in advance if you wish to bring a pet.

A peaceful self contained guest house in the grounds of our home. Independent patio, with seating and views over garden, stables and grounds. Our guest house is both cosy and spacious with a fully equipped kitchen. Basics are provided including towels, bread, coffee, tea and fresh bread or croissants. The living area is comfortable and affords a large TV and fast fibre broadband. Everything you need for a relaxing comfortable stay in a truly quiet peaceful environment.

We are pleased to offer our refurbished annex with double bedroom, private bathroom, own front door and a private field for dogs. Oast Cottage is a converted stables attached to the main Oast House. The Oast is set in a conservation area of Boughton Monchelsea which consists of converted farm buildings, listed houses and a 16th Century pub (directly opposite). The area boasts many places to visit (including Leeds Castle), countryside walks, as well as numerous pubs.
