Everything went smoothly, David communicated with me throughout. We arrived an Hour early and David advised us that we could check in earlier. His home is welcoming and homely but you must understand this is David’s home so therefore has his belongings around. We had a lovely stay comfy beds everything we needed and more. Bus stop 2 mins away from home and a short ride into Chester. Little extras like Tea, coffee, milk on hand to use although we had our own. Thanks David we loved our stay in your lovely Home. We had an amazing time and Lynsey is a fantastic host! The house is lovely and has everything you could need. The location is stunning and the local area is full of beautiful scenery and lovely villages - our entire stay was a dream!

Lovely cottage which I based myself in for the working week whilst needing to be in the area - will definitely try and book again. Everything was as expected and nothing was lacking from the house with good strong WiFi, which allowed me to settle in on Sunday evening ready to either work there and/or get out to see the clients I needed to.

We cannot recommend The Coach House enough. Not only were Clare and Ed excellent hosts, the cottage was pristine, well decorated and private, it made for a perfect couple’s staycation. The area was beautiful and made a peaceful environment for an evening in the hot tub. The welcome basket with essentials was very thoughtful. The highlight of our stay was when the cows came to say hello when we were sat on the bench in the garden. 10/10 would recommend and we intend to come back in the future.

we had a fantastic stay , the cottage was in a fantastic position for walking into Chester and enjoying the surroundings area. It had such a calming ambience and had everything you needed for a very comfy stay away from home. It was extremely clean and well looked after property. We will definitely be back 😁

The cosy cottage matched the full description in every way, plus the location is perfect, easy access to the Wirral way, walk around the west Kirby lake, short drive to beautiful City of Chester and historic City of Liverpool . Would highly recommend it. Mary P

Lovely place and really great host - top communication and instructions. Would 100% go back. Only down side is downstairs shower pressure but it does the job!

Sarah's flat was beautiful - very clean and well presented and in a fabulous location, overlooking the river. The whole flat is light and bright and in very good condition. The restaurant below has great food and is worth a visit while you stay. We were only there for a day, but would love to visit again. Sarah was great to communicate with and very helpful at all times. Highly recommend.

Fantastic location, easy walking distance to city centre where there is plenty to occupy everybody.Communication from host was excellent, property stunning, location quiet and private. Facilities at property were first class, clean and comfortable. Many thanks to Mike the host for letting us share his home and beautiful city Chester. Hope to return soon and will definitely pass on details to family and friends.

Absolutely lovely place to stay, very peaceful and comfortable.Bathroom especially was immaculately clean, as was the rest of the apartment, and kitchen was very well stocked with everything needed. Bed very comfy. Karen replied so quickly when we booked and was very responsive and helpful when we left a laptop behind. Highly recommended.

Great apartment in the heart of Hoole! we were lucky enough to find parking right outside the whole time, Polly communicated everything really clearly and it was a lovely apartment. :)

This place is absolutely amazing, clean, quiet and very comfortable all round. It is situated right in the heart of Chester, everything is walkable. Restaurants galore. we would highly recommend this place to everyone visiting Chester. Beautiful.

Great two nights stay, while visiting family member in Chester Uni (only 20 min from Chester). Comfortable and fully equipped. My old two dogs enjoyed fully fenced garden. Welcome goodies -wine, pastry, milk and dog biscuits- much appreciated!! Picturesque village with lots of walks and lovely atmosphere- Holt castle within walking distance. Nice host, clear instructions, easy to find. Highly recommended.

Good little flat, fairly well equipped kitchen which was good as we were cooking a lot ourselves. Very convenient as it was super close to the city centre so we could walk pretty much everywhere we wanted to. Parking was very nearby and 30 minute bays outside were perfect for loading and unloading. There was some street noise at the front of the flat due to the single glazing but that was to be expected and not a problem at all.

Joanna is an amazing host….the property was immaculately clean and even nicer than the pictures! Perfect for a quiet get away with ample space for 4 people. Fab and secure outdoor space, so perfect for our whippet Eric. Would love to come back in the summer to make use of the outside area and bbq.
