Close to Niagara Falls and Airport, Mall nearby

Niagara Falls is only 30minutes away.Very nice neighborhood. 4minutes from Galleria Mall.Plus many more stores nearby.Many places to eat and have some drinks! Sleeps-5 plus we have a clean pack and play for your little one. Has own keypad entrance. Full sleeper sofa in living room. One bedroom has a queen bed and tv. The 2nd bedroom has a twin bed and offers tv and a workspace. Very clean! Kid friendly and pet friendly. Pets can do their business out front. There are dogs that use the back yard.

Relax with your full family at this peaceful place to stay for who are traveling to Buffalo. Place is PET FREE. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Closed to Airport, Downtown, Gallery Mall. Also you will find walking distance restaurants, Central Park, Hospital, Library etc. You will feel safe because of the quiet & secure; Nice and clean area and close to everything. Charming Neighborhood Retreat

This suite is the entire second floor of our home. Three bedrooms, one has an adjoining door to a larger room, box car style. Private, full bath plus 1/2 bath, kitchenette - microwave, small refrigerator. Main entrance is shared with owners (classical musicians) who live downstairs. Within walking distance: restaurants, bakeries, and 10 minutes from UB campuses and airport. Quiet neighborhood, sorry no parties. We do charge $10 per additional person so we can keep our cleaning fees lower!

This private lower unit is centrally located in the family-friendly Parkside neighborhood in North Buffalo. Just off of Delaware Park, it's a short walk to the Buffalo Zoo or to Frank Lloyd Wright's Martin House, a ten minute drive to downtown Buffalo, and a thirty minute drive to Niagara Falls. Less than one mile from Hertel Ave., guests will also have easy access to the best of Buffalo, including restaurants, bars, shops, grocery stores, pharmacies, and the historic North Park movie theatre.

We provide earplugs, but if you are a light sleeper it might not be the best fit. Coin laundry in the basement. Parking on Franklin St.
